I am allegedly a current member

I am allegedly a current member, as I’ve been trying to stop my account but ‘support’ are currently unavailable and have been for days!
Now to add insult to injury, all the emails they’re sending me link directly to an insecure site, which basically says their online domain might be for sale??!!
So I’ve not been able to cancel, they’ve taken a 3 month renewal all at once rather than monthly, I can’t contact support, and I cannot access the site from my emails!!!
Absolutely bloody disgusting. Basically they’ve taken nearly £80 from me, and I get nothing in return!
