Handmade doll ethically, sourced and exceptional service from the owner
Love the product, and the service I received was exceptional,Friendly and professional.
However, as a senior, I found using the Shopify website aggressive. It saved all my information from a previous purchase and i don’t even have to hit “buy or finalize” it automatically did it for me, which startled me. For savvy Internet shoppers i think it’s a benefit but don’t wish to use it again. But the owner when I phoned and explained that I was not ready to buy she instantly credited me. After I’ve had time to think and research for a similar quality doll, that was handmade, washable snd with organic cotton i couldn’t find an equivalent. I phoned and purchased little rabbit and a romper. The young gal who received the rabbit doll is thrilled.
Good quality product, ethically made and i received exceptional customer service. I highly recommend purchasing from this company.

Poor Quality & Slow Delivery
I was excited about these puppy-themed baby items, but they didn’t meet my expectations. The quality felt cheap, and the designs weren’t as cute as advertised. On top of that, delivery took much longer than expected. Won’t be ordering again
