A review of The Year 1 TFP programme.
The seminar leaders are excellent, knowledgeable and competent. They listen to feedback and respond in a timely manner. The seminars are an accessible and interesting mix of PowerPoint, videos and role okay which really. bring the concepts alive. Their clinical skills are highly valued. Finally, they are building a community of TFP practice which is badly needed in the UK. I am very pleased that I was accepted on the course.
Too many IT issues.
Too many IT issues.
Would also appreciate more pre-course communication.
Course itself was great.
Efficient and high quality course
Very efficient communication and course teaching to a very high standard.
Psychosis update Maudsley online
Covered all the relevant topics. Reasonable amount of time for Q&A
The pre-course evaluation questionnaire…
The pre-course evaluation questionnaire was way too long and we did not given enough time to complete.
The AMP Lecture
The long-term AMP (male who also was the head of mental health Legal for his Trust) may well "know his stuff" but was not really able to impart his knowledge and experience. He was not a good lecturer and needs to be replaced in the next round of lectures (to new students).
Great Course
All the talks were incredible.
Would have been nice to have some more diversity in the speakers however - There were 5 talks and not a single woman presenting.
Well organised
Well organised, lectures were, good except the social worker who was just ok
Excellent support group
I am a care co-ordinator for the Orpington PCN and have recommended your support group to a few of my patients and I have really good feedback. Thanks very much for all the support you provide.
S12 introductory course…
A very informative and well organised course. Highly recommended.
the service was timely
the service was timely, friendly, and responsive. The food is healthy, clean, and in good portions. The area was clean, organized, and fresh to enjoy eating and resting.
Well organised 2 days
Well organised 2 days. All very useful material and relevant to clinical practice.
Was very flexible
Was very flexible - was able to do some of the work in advance and the presentations were very good
Information provided was very…Informative.
Information provided was very informative and entirely appropriate to my career development in psychiatry. Topics covered including use of clozapine and the pathogenesis of schizophrenia were particularly interesting as I always had a keen interest in the development of psychosis and delusions. The interactive parts where you brainstorm with colleagues in the field was also very helpful and reinforced some clinical knowledge.
'Talking Mental Health' course wasn't…
'Talking Mental Health' course wasn't relevant to non-clinical staff.
EIP Seminar Review
The seminar materials were all well researched and evidenced and the use of service users in the live presentations was very authenticating. It made me more confident that the service we deliver really works.
