No booking confirmation

I paid for the course (money left my account) but no response from you, so I don't know if I'm on the course or not and I can't apply to my trust for study leave and reimbursement etc. No reply on your phone line.

unclear course information

It was unclear whether the course i booked was on line or face to face.
I emailed two people about this and they both gave incorrect information

My booking was cancelled “due to high…

My booking was cancelled “due to high demand of the course” at least a month after I had actually safely booked it.

Then I had sent them an email enquiring what was the criteria based on which my booking was cancelled and I never received a reply.

I dislike unhelping mobile unuseful…

I dislike unhelping mobile unuseful process of registration. It is impossible to switch from mail with code to regitration page. Must do it on PC or laptop.
To many - code, pin with uncertine effect and no feedback I booked the course. Frustrating.

IT problems and SLAM's response.

I attended the initial CAARMS 2-day training a couple of months ago, but was able to join the interactive session on the afternoon of the first day, because I was couldn't access Zoom. This meant I had to cancel my original attendance and return on Monday 6th November. However despite having downloaded Zoom in preparation, it wouldn't let me join the interactive session because the system required an updated version, but didn't offer me the option (presumably as I didn't have access permission). I alerted the relevant SLAM team by email but got a very slow and ultimately unhelpful response. Unfortunately by the time the IT issue was rectified (SLAM didn't help me with this, and I had to access my own trust's IT department instead, who were by contrast extremely swift and helpful) I had to cancel the training (for the second time) and am hopeful that it will be third time lucky, although I'm not confident of this. I'm not looking forward to the next attempt at CAARMS training, which I have to complete as part of my role.
