Paramedics are often lacking in their training with managing mental health patients in crisis.

I found the site difficult to navigate for booking a course. After purchasing the order/booking the course it did not appear on my customer portal. I did not receive any confirmation of my purchase either.

Teachers makes the course interesting,this was my first mental health course.The actors were very good makes the course feels so real,I have learn and understand when to give the patient space ,the tone of voice,eye contact,i will highly recommend this course to others.

The simulation was fantastic
The simulation was fantastic. During one of the scenarios, it felt like you were actually in the room with the actors.
The facilitators weren't pushy either, into asking you to volunteer. They were more encouraging.

A safe space for real-life situations
A safe space for real-life scenarios, in a non-judgemental setting. Constructive criticism from other participants really helps with improving the way you work, as I am always trying to find better ways of dealing/working within our team. I found the debriefing really important.
