Go elsewhere
Gave it two stars as the van itself was reliable and didn't consume much however....
Booked via a travel agency so unfortunately didn't know how much this was costing as they booked everything. Got a River Elite 6 berth for 4 of us.
Pick up was a really quick run through of everything, and it's quite a lot to take in all at once between: toilet cleaning, gas for cooking and running the fridge, electric hook up, water refill and grey water evacuation. When I double checked something, could have done without "Yes that is exactly what I said" like I'd asked a dozen times. The other issue is that spending between 3800 and 4000 AUS for the van rental you are then told, on pick up, that the tyres and windscreen are not covered in the rental fee and that if you want to reduce it to zero you have to pay 180 AUS, so of course we took it. Next we are told that cleaning is not included and that it will be an extra 250 AUS if we do not want to do it. We've only got ten days in the van and the idea of spending the best part of half a day cleaning it doesn't appeal but we decide to take it on as starting to get more expensive.
Finally hit the road and all's good until it starts to rain whereby we have water running down the inside of the windscreen, dinette window and rear bed/lounge window. Dried the linen out and off, not major but annoying more than anything.
A few days in and we have used the toilet a couple of times, at night only, but while driving the bathroom door keeps opening and we have a bad smell throughout the cabin. Wouldn't have been bad but happened every time we drove, which was pretty much every day so not great. Finally emptied the grey water out and there was a strong eggy smell so looks like it wasn't the toilet but the grey tank, tried cleaning but smell persisted.
More leaks while driving and more smell despite the cleaning. Going to just list everything now as boring myself!
Leaks throughout (nail in the coffin was the small storage by the side door had loads of water in it and our shoes were soaked and smelly as been there for a while)
Couldn't ever get the fridge to work on gas
Smell when driving
Contacted Maui and they wanted us to take the van to a workshop to get the silicone re-done which meant us losing at least half a day while to take it to the dealership and do the works. Asked if they could not just replace the van for us instead but they said no vans available so would not.
They did offer to clean the van at the end and fill the gas bottle as compensation however when I received my final bill the "drop and go" pack that they wanted 250AUS for at the start of our trip showed as 140AUS on the invoice that they gave as compensation.
Spoke to a few people on our trip and they had much better experiences than us with other companies. Considering it's not a small amount of money we spent in the end I feel really hard done by.
Honestly, go elsewhere, there's much better out there.
Camper Van was great
Camper van had everything in it we needed for camping including freedom camping. It was clean and organized.
The pick up and drop off were absolutely fine.
A big shoutout to the staff both on picking up and dropping off.
They were the best!!!!

Not worth the money
A bad introduction to the vehicle. We were never explained that we've to submit any issues with the vehicle along the way, was told to call when theres emergencies. The side door was broken, would not lock or unlock with a key. The grill did not work and one of the gas hobs was broken. We had rescheduled and then paid extra as there was school holidays, but the initial quote was completely wrong and we were going to be charged 1000$ extra. Really need an overhaul in the operation, with regular vehicle inspections.

Motorhome was good, had a great time at a music festival - it belted down raining for first 3 days so was so good having a Motorhome instead of a tent!
We got some sunshine on the last day..not sure Maui can fix the weather for us.
