We had many questions to help identify the correct replacement parts, Sandra was a great help answering emails quickly and identifying part numbers for us.
By identifying and ordering replacement parts instead of replacing whole units we were able to save a lot of money.

Made order then crickets. Spend elsewhere.
Ordered several race pinnies for our team. Made the order on Monday to arrive by Friday for our regatta next week. Its now Thursday with zero response from them. I've tried to call each day, left a message, no return. I've used their chat service, no answer either. Absolutely horrible customer service. I've now had to pay for overnight shipping from another company to make up for MauriPro's incompetence.

Don’t buy canvas from these people
I have used M P for many years. Buying their hardware is a 4 at best. But their canvas dept is impossible to do business with. I have ordered and installed 7 MZ covers. Would have been 8 but they are clueless when it comes to customer service. And because they could not handle my order they cost me $900. That I had to pay another canvas shop to finish the job. Then they had the audacity to offer me a 5% discount. Really ????

Back ordered, not responding
Order a bosuns chair from them, took days for them to say it was back ordered and now they won’t respond, bad service is an under statement, won’t be getting anymore business from me and ill be sure to make it known to not buy from them!

Order delayed, then backordered, no communication from the seller.
I ordered 120 feet of jib sheets to replace my current ones, which were recently damaged. Timing was rather important as I planned a journey starting July 2nd, so I placed my order June 20th. Yes, I verified that the item I ordered was in stock.
Later I checked the order status and it was 'waiting'. I started a chat with a service center person, they ensured me that's a technical delay, the transfer order is on its way and they'll send it to me on June 28th the latest.
Today, June 29th I haven't received any communication from Mauripro, so I checked the order status again just to find it's 'backordered'. So my attempt to do the necessary replacements had failed. Now I have to either sail with damaged lines or have a replacement for 3x the cost I could get. That is not a proper style of communication and not how the promises should be kept.

Competitive pricing & excellent customer service
Ordered two Lewmar standard portlights from mauriprosailing.com at a very reasonable price. They contacted me immediately after I placed the order to confirm lead time on Lewmar products.
Items were shipped exactly as expected and were delivered promptly after I received shipping confirmation. They were packaged nicely and arrived in perfect condition.
Would absolutely recommend mauriprosailing.com and would not hesitate to order from them again.

NavPod order: Extremely fast service
I ordered a NavPod that had to be pre-cut for a Zeus S3 9". I received communication about my order within a few hours and I received the NavPod at my doorstep 2 days after ordering and exactly as ordered.

Excellent price, fast shipping, great communication and customer service. They credited me for a rebate that I was unaware of (for $100!). I would definitely purchase from them again. This was for a pair of self-tailing winches for my sailboat.

Perhaps the worst experience I have…
Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had. Purchased a headsail furler from them, sized base on their “technical” recommendation. Unit arrived and determined it was undersized for my boat. Tried to return the item after weeks of back and forth. They were going to charge a large restock fee, taking no responsibility for recommending the wrong unit. Returned the furler and they claimed it was damaged and refused to refund my money. This is after having it for additional weeks and a threat to take legal action. They finally sent it back to me and now I am stuck with a large investment in a furler that is of no use or value to me. I would avoid this company at all costs.
