I returned the product in its original packaging via tracked delivery at my own expense, expecting a timely refund. However, since Mavern Grooming received the item, I have not received any communication - no confirmation, updates, or acknowledgment of my return. My refund has still not been issued, leaving me frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service, and I am concerned that I may never receive it.

Diabolical aftercare service. My grooming kit was dispatched by Amazon who left it on my doorstep without knocking, subsequently my parcel was stollen. Amazon did nothing as usual but Simon from Mavern apologised and said a replacement would be sent out, well it hasn’t been and now, all my emails to their NO customer service department have been ignored so no product and no refund. Absolutely disgusting and I am going to take legal action if not resolved in the next 7 days

Where do I start? Firstly I received my beard trimmer and within a few weeks the foil head became misshapen and a couple days later a piece in the bottom of the nose trimmer fell out somewhere leaving it unusable. Clearly this was a poor quality product.

I contacted them on their ‘don’t be shy, say hi’ option on their website. A few weeks passed and no reply. I messaged again on the same platform a few weeks later. No reply. I messaged for the third time another month later. No reply. I then go through my bank and Klarna to attempt to get a refund. After several months of back and forth communication with Klarna to this date I am unable to get my refund which still baffles me. However I will obviously not let this lie.

A contact email miraculously appears on their website months later, so I try that. I receive an email back with the sentence ‘As I had mentioned in the previous email.’ Also, they informed me I would need to pay for a replacement as well as delivery despite me contacting them within a month about the faulty product. There was no previous email. This was them obviously attempting to pull the wool over my eyes but people are not stupid, and I would not be giving another penny to this sham of a company. I informed them of all this in my reply and never heard from them again.

Expensive, poor quality product, non existent customer service and bare face liars.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

scam company. Returned product back to them over a month ago and still no refund or any response to my emails. Avoid at all costs

Head unit is flimsy and I broke mine when I dropped it in the sink whilst shaving. The unit is now useless and I have not had any response from the company despite contacting them twice

Avoid this company at all costs. Took weeks to deliver and the product is sub standard compared to others on the market. All bad reviews on their website get automatically deleted!

This is a sham/scam company, I bought 2 beard filler pencil cost me €33.00, after a while my order seemed processed and dispatched, after 5 days when I checked the status it said it was delivered and signed, but there was nothing, when I sent email to CS, the man called Simon (not sure if this is a real name) sorry and we will dispatch another then disappeared, sent numerous emails but no response, then realized I was cheated by this company, I went to check their address in Dublin,IE, the postcode doesn't match with the address they mentioned, they used a fake address and I even checked the company register they seems dissolved the company already but still taking orders, DO NOT buy anything from this scam company, they should've caught by now not sure why there was no action still

My shaver wouldn’t change I email as only had it weeks with no response

Sadly i do believe this is a scam/sham company.
I ordered saturday and recieved sunday.
The product has a china import sticker on, so probably costs £4-£6 to make no company checks are done being sticker still on package.

Also shaver having a plastic bottom blade, which wont last one cut.and fuzzy screen.
No company telephone and doesnt respond to reviews. And same director real name has multiple other business doing same buy+sell is also giveway of being scam company/ product.
I wont bother using it at all might use to trim fur on my dogs pads then bin.

!guys! Were to blame if we dont check out reviews or company info before ordering from new /unknown companys online!

I purchased both a nose and hair trimmer and ear cleaner . I did not recieve the ear cleaner despite paying for it!Desite multiple emails no customer service contact ! They have my money and i would love a refund for the item not recieved !

I never received my order even though they promised next day delivery. I don't recommend buying anything from them.

like most of the comments on here it looks like iv been scammed as well I have emailed them 3 times and no response .. how can someone get away with this and how can I report them ?

ordered a item and nearly as month has gone by and not received the item one email in all this time to say its going to be late bur nothing since they do not respond to your emails

Like most others leaving reviews I fell victim to this scam of a company.
No product received after nearly 3 weeks.
I have sent numerous emails with no response.

Avoid! Ordered for father's day with next day delivery. Still no item. Told issues at customs with items. Now the company are not responding to emails. Disgusting!

Buyers Beware. Having purchased the Ultimate Grooming Kit 6 months ago, it has now stopped working and after two emails and a website contact form I have had no reply for a week and they say you get a 24 hour response. I also notice that none of the Trustpilot reviews on their site appear to be real. How they've managed to keep trading is beyond me.

Scam avoid at all costs this company is a scam !!!!
