After I purchased $945.00 of tires installed was mislead about the repairs needed for my car to the tune of around $1400.00. I wrote a review with trust pilot about it and the review was not posted ,and I checked the next day on the post and there were 5 more 5 star reviews. Why don't they post the good with the bad or should I say the truth.

I can’t say enough great things about this local shop!! From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. The entire team was incredibly professional, honest, and welcoming, which instantly made me feel secure.
The service was absolutely immaculate from the front desk man named Bryan to my vehicle care; it was diagnosed quickly, the repairs were explained clearly, and everything was completed with top-notch attention to everything my vehicle needed. It’s rare to find a mechanic, Matthew Kenneway, who combines expert workmanship with such genuine care for their customers. I wish I knew everyone's name that helped me today. :)
You can truly feel the family-oriented environment here. They take pride in what they do, & it shows in every interaction. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and outstanding automotive service. I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you.
