Fastest service I’ve had and 0 wait time to get my tire fixed

Terrible service. I came in for an alignment 11/17/2025 a little over a month ago. My car was barely pulling and my steering wheel was straight. So i decided to go get an alignment at Mavis . They end up overturning one of my rear eccentric bolt and moving the bolt a few millimeters over! Overturning ended up damaging up the stopper for the eccentric bolt. It was never like that before. They end trying to tell me it might be a faulty bushing on the control arms. When i left there on the way home, i noticed that they have my steering wheel worse than when I came in! The steering wheel is now a quarter to the left turned because they never actually did anything. I replaced the rear control arms( the bushings were not messed up from the original control arms)and end links and replaced the eccentric bolt with a high performance one from SPC. I return to get it aligned and told them what my personal ASE certified mechanics with more than a decade of experience doing suspension work found during replacement was that they(Mavis tech)overturned the eccentric bolt, did not retighten them to the correct specifications and i was riding on lose suspension. The report on the first visit was written with many errors. The recent and last visit for them 11/26/25, they made many excuses saying a teeth was off the control arms so they wont touch it. They didn't even straighten my steering wheel was the least they could do since they didn't want to touch the rear. They do anything but lift my car and say once you fix the teeth we can fix it. Its you dont know what your doing and you tried to blame me from your mistakes and try to make me get the control arms replaced in your shop. Its on the report that my bolt and control arms wasnt damaged before they touched my car.Be liable and fix your mistakes Mavis! Unsafe practices to get customers to pay for unnecessary work. Never been to a place where they let you drive out knowing your steering wheel is worse than when it came in and not centered. They let me drive out knowing all this issues caused by them. Simple alignment turn into 1k repair. Very shady place. Hope BBB do a sweep and see who is certified to touch your car there. PLEASE IF YOUR A CUSTOMER AND THINKING ABOUT GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED, DONT!! Expect your car to have problems after. RPM at the beaches and Discount Tire across the street from them are the places you want to get work done. I only went to Mavis because they are close.

Used to love the shop convenient by my house, but the new crew is awful. Painfully slow with a simple oil change. Also very slow, checking me in and out. Might need a lesson on how to use the computer.
Also tried to charge me over $200 for an oil change

I went up there to your San Pablo location and was very upset with your manager Steve or Steven was his name. Very rude and unprofessional, didn't help me with my problem and he was talking to his staff very rude and unprofessional . The only help I got was from one of tech by the name of Carl who I met at bjs a couple of years ago . He was helpful and very attentive to my needs ..

The Auto Techs @ Mavis Tire, Beach Blvd., Jacksonville, FL are always excellent. They do a great job explaining the problem, & fixes it. Keep up the great work!

Fast and friend. Had an 8am appointment for tire rotation and balance. Done before 9am.

I made an 8AM appointment for oil change and tire rotation. After leaving the vehicle I went to bagelsRUs for breakfast. when I returned at 8:45 my vehicle was ready to go. Sure was nice to have quick, competent service at a reasonable price.
