I called to get prices on tires.I…
I called to get prices on tires.I called back to make an appointment and I was talking to Allen and he gave me a better price then the first person I talked too ,which was from a call center and I thanked him. I got a phone call in 5 minutes to confirm my appointment . So when I came in asked for the two guys I talked to and they weren’t in and I was talking to Justin. He gave me a better deal.
I had an issue after I left , I was on way to my doctors appointment and he said I could go to another location and show them my paperwork or come back to his location. Asked me too keep in touch on the issue.
I went to another location and the took care of me. Justin has Awesome customer service with his customers in Cedartown.
