Muffler replacement
January of 2023, I needed a muffler replacement, which I had done at Mavis. Fast forward to December of 2024, I noticed my car sounding a little bit louder than it had been and had it checked out at Mavis. They said I needed a muffler. The good news, they replaced it for free, I only had to pay for the labor. The bad news, it didn't last a full year. I have driven my car nine years with the original muffler before needing it to be replaced. I don't understand why the Mavis muffler lasted less than a year. Is this the quality I should expect? Less than a year of service? Other than that, the staff at Mavis worked efficiently and my wait was reasonable.
