As usual I receive great service at this Mavis location and I will continue coming back here.
However I was disappointed in one thing:
I have been having a loud rattling sound for the last 6-8 months. No one at Mavis could identify it until today - apparently I need an exhaust heat shield. Unfortunately this was not communicated to me until my car was brought to me to leave. Why wasn’t this communicated to me during the appointment? I could have had it fixed while there but now I have to make an extra trip during a busy holiday season to fix a loud noise that has been going on for months and I have been trying to have corrected. Very disappointing especially for a long time customer.

Verbal assault, intimidation, reckless driving
This evening my brother’s car broke down in the parking lot of Mavis Tires & Brakes in Countryside. My husband and I went to go help him and the company box truck stopped in the road, held on to the horn and started yelling and swearing at us to get out of the way. We told him the car was stuck and he proceeded to yell and swear at us and HIT my brothers car!!!!! As we tried to take pictures of the truck the driver tried to intimidate us by driving up quickly as if he was going to hit my husband! When the police arrived, the company hid their driver and refused to cooperate until 1 hour later. During all of this, their employees were laughing, dancing, recording, and taking pictures of us. Please share my post so others can be made aware of this company. Thank God we are okay. I’m glad we were able to be there for my brother before this happened.
