This particular location is very conveniently located in a prominent area. The staff is friendly and transparent with your service needs, and they are honest and easy to work with. This is, and will continue to be my my go-to place for all my automobiles.

Incredible and gracious service
On Saturday, 12/6 I had the fortunate and top notch service experience at this location. I stopped by to get some free air. There was a car in utilizing the air hose so I waited. Bill waved me around, had me pull up to their service garage and proceeded to fill my tires for me! I asked if he would accept payment and he refused! A wonderful and neighborly experience. The little things matter! I will definately visit the store again for my next automotive need!

Time
I was second person in store when it opened. I just needed an oil change and it took an hour and 20 minutes. This seems to be a very long time. Their time wasn't used wisely, a lot of wandering by some employees.

Always grade A service
Always grade A service. I've used this Mavis multiple times for various services. I'm always happy with the service and wait time. The guys always get me outta there pretty quick. Steve, along with the other manager, and the gentleman @ the front desk make my experience pleasant and I leave knowing I can trust the work they did.

Told me it would be 1 hour to 1 1/2…
Told me it would be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours for patch a tire. I leave and come back hour and a half later and they haven’t even started on the tire and said it would be 30-45 minutes.
