If you live in Forney
If you live in Forney, watch out for Mavis Tires & Brakes—the company that bought out NTB—because their sales tactics are absolutely outrageous. I have never dealt with a more dishonest, manipulative operation in my life. They blatantly took advantage of someone who doesn’t know much about car mechanics, trying to push completely unnecessary replacements just to squeeze out more money.
They start with sky-high prices and slowly work them down until the customer feels pressured to cave in. They overcharge for anything they can possibly get away with.
We trusted NTB for seven years and always received excellent service. Now that Mavis has taken over, I will never set foot in that place again.
