Waited for over 2 hours for an oil change with other money making recommendations. The vehicle is brand is only 4 years old and told I needed shocks. Mavis is great place but please make sure which location you get service. This Mavis needs to be looked into regarding service times. The same customers were in the location with me for over two hours wait please check your vehicle sign in time and leaving. I’m sure will ask the see vice manager. Why are customers waiting so long in locations and to be a fast reliable you should start checking service stations mechanics time in vehicles. Thanks but won’t be visiting this location again.

Jesse at Mavis Tire in Franklin Square was outstanding! From the moment I arrived, he provided top-notch customer service, guiding me through the process with care and expertise. The whole experience was smooth, and I left confident my car was in great shape. Kudos to Jesse and the team!

I was nervous taking my 1981 DeLorean anywhere for Wheel alignment and NYS Inspection. A friend who also has a DeLorean recommended Mavis in Franklin Square and I could not be happier. It’s a 44 year old classic car and Russ and his team took great care with the car and made the process quick and easy. My car is finally properly aligned and this will without a doubt be my go to shop in the future!

Dont buy tires from them. I was sold new tires that are 2.5 years old. Corporate won't help me bc they keep tires for up to 6 years under controlled environment. Regardless they are playing with people's lives.

I told the Representative that I wanted a wheel alignment and I was given the price immediately. The job was finished within the hour. i am very happy with the service on my car.

Come here for oil changes and misc service all the time. Service doesn't disappoint. Came for an inspection this time around as well and didn't get persuaded to perform unnecessary maintenance in order to pass inspection. That's peace of mind at it's best!

My car needed a tire change for my state inspection. I called multiple non-Mavis stores and Mavis’ branches. I found Mavis to be the most informative and patient out of them all.

The company recommended a call with Albert, the manager of the Franklin Square branch. He placed a priority order for the tires I wanted. Gave me a discount, and the tires arrived he following day. In addition, he replaced my windshield wipers; he could not find a rearview wiper that fits my kia’s OEM wiper. So he went out of his way and called different companies and had it delivered as well.
The branch also do state inspections. You would need to call for their house though.

Albert and Eddie helped me with exceptional service.

I needed air the outside air pump was out of service, I asked the mechanic if I could add air to my tires, he politely took it upon himself to add air to all 4 tires. Service with a smile at Mavis, Hempstead Tpke, Franklin Square every time I go there!

I went to Mavis Discount Tire because I had an issue with my tire. I was very happy with the great customer service I received. Didn’t have to wait long and the staff was very friendly.
