Professionalism
I will be returning to the Melville Ny location strictly due to the experience I had today. I had stopped using the mavis in Farmingdale due to blatantly be ripped off for an inspection. I decided to change locations instead of provider and I’m glad I did. I was first greeted by the two females working behind the desk and asked how they could help. I had called earlier so they had me ready to go. Throughout the visit, great conversation was had, and even better treatment. The mechanics we also very professional looking and knowledgeable. I will return to this location again specifically because of the treatment today and I would like word to get back to the workers about today also. I will gladly make another call or conduct another review if needed.
