Total lack of customer service
Total lack of customer service. Had a 12:00 appointment. Showed early and checked in for an oil change. No effort to start the oil change. At 1:10 ask for my keys and left. Typical service. Manager didn’t even attempt to apologize or correct the lack of service. Note: it was not busy just lack of consideration for customer time. Has to be better place to give business.
