Total lack of customer service

Total lack of customer service. Had a 12:00 appointment. Showed early and checked in for an oil change. No effort to start the oil change. At 1:10 ask for my keys and left. Typical service. Manager didn’t even attempt to apologize or correct the lack of service. Note: it was not busy just lack of consideration for customer time. Has to be better place to give business.

Company with heart!

Drove in with a screw in the tire. Fixed it within minutes, and answered my questions knowledgeably and courteously. Have bought sets of tires for several vehicles, and never had a bad experience at the Ormond Beach store. Great products and terrific employees. Thank you for such pleasant service each time I need quality work done on my car or truck.
