THIS PLACE WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR BECAUSE THEY DON’T know how to Jack up a car properly AND WILL OVER CHARGE. Went for a simple brake job on the rear axle and they wanted to charge me 1100 dollars for it and “discounted it at 850” and ALSO LIFTED MY CAR ON ITS SIDE SKIRT!!! I LEFT. Went to wheeling just tires instead and saved 300 dollars!

Great customer service from everyone
Great customer service from everyone! From the phone call with Vell to the assistance I got when I left, everything exceeded my expectations. Jaden was also extremely helpful. He helped me remove the trailer I was towing and gave me frequent updates on the status of my tires. As I was leaving, Brian helped me put the trailer back on my truck. It was a messy snow outside which made their assistance even more appreciated. In addition, these guys were working well past their closing time. They tried to get people to come back the next day but eventually helped everyone out that needed help. I was so impressed with the customer attention all customers got while I was waiting for my new tires. Again, Jaden was over-the-top helpful to everyone that came in yesterday. The customer service I witnessed yesterday is unusual for this industry and I am happy to write this review.
