VERY Poor customer service; Poor Communications; ran my battery down then replaced it with a low battery; knocked off repaired rusted areas around the wheel well on both sides of the truck; replaced the spark plugs but were not tighten and I smelled weed on one of them.
I went to the shop because my truck would start then stop, Supervisor Giovanni, who was always pleasant and personable, said yes, so I towed there. Noon the next day I hadn't received an update; I drove by to see someone sitting on the tailgate. Later returned for an update to get that there was no update - they were busy but would call me. 5:55pm, I called for an update to be told "we're sure it’s the spark plugs, that will fix it." The next morning, I called and was told we ordered "a cap" and that might fix it because it won't start. What cap!? No one called me about "a cap, for what!" Giovanni couldn't explain it and the mechanic was out. So, I went to the shop to find that it didn't start because they had the key turned on all night and they were attempting to charge the battery. I saw my wheel well material on the ground, how and why they were down there I don't know, the door and hood open as they attempted to recharge my battery draining the battery. I asked to speak with the mechanic was clear and well versed in his explanation of his assessment. I waited a few hours, met and shared my experience with the manager who was not on site yesterday. He was apologetic and said that they typically only work brakes and tires but would get me taken care of today. I asked why his supervisor wasn't aware of that policy before he confidently told me to tow it to the shop? I left, as I got on 316, the manager had the supervisor call me to say that they couldn't repair my truck. Now why didn't the manager have the supervisor tell me that when I was there 6 minutes ago? So, I had to pay over $400 for spark plugs and 2 tows to have it back home. What a mess! Initially I was not going to write a review but here it is! This is too much. I miss the former management team and the level of professional service under Isaiah's watch!
