Pablo refused to schedule an…
Pablo refused to schedule an appointment for mounting and balancing of my four new tires I purchased elsewhere online (this online purchase was considerably cheaper than buying directly from Mavis Tire). He said customers who purchased tires at Mavis Tire will get preferential treatment for scheduling service. After I filed a complaint with Mavis Tire, Pablo called me and said he was instructed to disregard his normal policy and accommodate me. I refused and I scheduled my needed service with another Mavis Tire center without any scheduling problems.
