Worst experience, made an appointment to change my tire, I purchased 4 new Bridgestone tires
Walked in atv10 am and Tim said they are bz and need to leave the car and he will call me when done
Waited and nothing from tim
Came back at 3am ,5 hours later and noticed my truck parked outside and nothing Is done
Asked tim why my car is not done ,he replied ( we could not mount the tires) I said ,why ? And no reply, he basically almost toss the keys on the desk ,I said why you did not call me in 5 hours and tell me what is going on ? Again nothing to say,
I have been in the car business for over 25years and I know they did not even attempt to mount those tires
I will never recommend the vestal location ,they are dishonest and unprofessional

what a disappointing experience unfortunately. ended up being way more than it should've been. what happened....

I made an appointment for last Monday to get my tires rotated. I was taken right in at 2:00 pm and was out within 20-25 minutes. The staff were very professional and courteous. All in all a great experience. I have always had a great experience with the Vestal store and bought my last set of tires from them. They are always happy to help.

Always have had a great experience here. Guys took care of my brake issue and were able to get me in fast. Thank you.

Super quick turn around on a tire repair. Tim was very professional and got me in out quickly.

Brought my car in just now and I needed to get my sensors done. Shadoe was the service man who helped me out, told me what the problem was and he was friendly and knowledgeable.

Fast professional service and turnaround. Alignment was efficient and the re-torque wasn't a long wait.

I stopped into Mavis tonight 5 minutes prior to closing, using my donut spare tire. I didnt expect to get helped, but Zach and his assistant went right to work to fix up my tire. They plugged it and i was back in business!

I felt bad that they stayed after their regular time to help me out. But thankfully they did bc I have to drive to work again early in the morning and I wouldnt make it on time driving slower with the donut spare tire.

I had a problem happen on a Saturday evening so I scheduled for service on the Mavis website for the Vestal Mavis at 9:00AM Sunday. I Dropped the car off at nine and Chris was great. We were going out of town for Mother's day with our other car and Chris kept me informed along the way. The repairs were completed by mid afternoon and I picked it up on Monday morning. Zach and I enjoyed chatting while I paid. All the guys at the Vestal Mavis are always great and really take care of me. Thanks guys!

Not only did I get my oil changed but I also asked on the overnight drop card if they would do a NYS inspection as well. Without calling both tasks we’re performed expeditiously so that I was still able to get coffee with my usual morning buddies. Thanks, Vestal Mavis.

Fantastic staff who were all super nice and I didn't feel intimidated or overwhelmed like I have at other shops I've been to!

I got a flat tire last night and stopped this morning to see if they could fix the tire. I and out in 30 minutes, tire fixed, tire out back on, spare put away and a very happy customer!! Customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back.
