Update to the horrible experience
Update to the horrible experience. My wife had to go back the next day as the driver side rear brake was not installed properly and causing a rattle. Found some of the bolts weren't tightened. This time, a different manager helped and he was quite helpful. Unfortunately we didn't get his name. Then to top it all off, my daughter had to go back two days later (Monday) to have the the sensors recalibrated with the dashboard to remove all the alert lights. At a minimum this store needs some additional training in how to service clients. Quite disappointed in the experience, and how the original manager handled the situation.
