I like that you all have a few niche offerings. I like that you sell the decants, rather than us committing $400 for something we may not like. Often times when I come on here and seek fragrances that have come out the past 3 years that are niche, you all don't have them. I dislike that, and now everyone is in competition offering the same hyped fragrances everyone is wearing.

Consistent issues with promo codes

Consistent issues with promo codes, inaddition the agents do not reply back in a timely manner.

Please note the discounts are added after several attempts to contact an agent for resolution. Fragrance is an experience. When selling or representing such luxury brands, customer's satisfaction needs to considered. Again, this is my experience.
