Worst app

Worst app , I have ever seen .we will order products it will take to 20 days for delivering, that too atlast they say we are unable to deliver the product. Keeping our money for soo many days.

25 days and still no refund – shocking customer service

I placed an order with Maxfasion and requested a refund 25 days ago. Since then, I have called multiple times and sent several emails, but all I keep getting is the same copy-paste response: "We have raised your complaint and will respond soon."
No refund. No timeline. No proper explanation.
This is completely unacceptable. A refund should not take this long, and repeating the same automated response every time a customer follows up is not customer service — it is just buying time.

I genuinely hope Maxfasion sorts this out, but based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong, do not expect a quick or helpful resolution.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the poor service I received for my recent online order in max online.

I had placed an order for 4 items, but I received only 2 items, even though I have already paid the full amount for all 4 products. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience, stress, and disappointment.

This kind of service is highly unprofessional and unacceptable from a reputed brand like Max. I trusted your online platform, but this experience has made me feel upset and regret choosing Max online shopping

I placed an order and received it two…

I placed an order and received it two days later, but it wasn't what I ordered. The color of the pants was different from what I had ordered. I contacted them via email, and they told me to send them photos, which I did. No one responded, and no one contacted me again after they realized their mistake. Is this your after-sales service for a large store like yours? Unfortunately, I don't see this as respect for the customer. The service is poor, and there are many mistakes. I don't recommend anyone buy online from this store.

Worst experience

I received my order and i wanted to exchange the size but the order status is"shipped" instead of delivered... Had a word with customer care but no solution than I sent email again no solution.. Im waiting for delivered status so that I can proceed for my size exchange... This is my last purchase from Max

Missing order marked as delivered

I ordered 17 items. Ot was supposed to be sent in two shipments I only received one item. Immediately after that one item was delivered I got an email that said everything was delivered. When I call customer servive they just keep on saying "we are escalating the matter". They never sent the second shipment with the other 16 items. When I called customer service the last time, they hung up on me while I was talking! Worst customer service and deliver experience!! I will never order here again!!

Until today I was satisfied with the products of this company and the service as well, but today I was disappointed with the service, yesterday I bought a top and I needed to try it on at home to understand if it matches the suit, before buying I asked if I could return it tomorrow if the top doesn't fit, the seller said yes without any problems, but when I went to make a return, it turned out that only the manager makes returns and he doesn't work on Sundays, what kind of misunderstanding is this, this is the first time I've encountered something like this, I live three hours away from the shopping center and was supposed to return home on Sunday but had to stay one more night to make a return. I think this is not the right attitude towards customers, especially regular ones.

Dissatisfied Customer

I have placed and received the orders before and was satisfied however my recent order was delivered in the wrong addressed. I have called the contact center and the courier to sort it out but nothing really happened. There is also no way of calling their courier service. The representative said that I will receive an email within the next 24 hrs. No callback will be made. What a disappointing experience.

The worse online experience I’ve ever…

The worse online experience I’ve ever had in my life, already 10 days and my order still is on the way to be delivered!
It was supposed to be delivered within 12 hours and 216 hours already passed.
Their customer support just apologizing and saying it will be delivered today :)))

I am writing to bring to your attention…

I am writing to bring to your attention a series of unpleasant experiences I’ve had at your Max Fashion store located in Fun Republic Mall, Lucknow.

On several occasions, I have visited this store and unfortunately, I have consistently encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the staff members, named Pooja Kumari. It has reached a point where I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with your team.
Specifically, during my most recent visit, after I had exited the changing room, Pooja Kumari accused me in a very rude tone saying, "Aap ne photo voto to ni keecha h na andar?" while staring at me and my phone. I understand that stores may have policies regarding photography, but this approach was extremely inappropriate. There are better ways to communicate store policies to customers rather than making direct accusations in such a manner.
As customers, we are paying for the items with the service tax added to the price of each product.

Customers, come to your store seeking a pleasant shopping experience, and this behavior detracts from that experience significantly.
Highly disappointed!

Worst Experience

I recently placed an order for the MAX Panelled Sneakers with Lace-Up Closure under order number 94154444621, taking advantage of the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" offer. However, I only received one pair of sneakers instead of the two I was expecting.
I reached out them via email but no one have response yet.

Terrible Online Experience



I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Max Fashion Online, Dubai. I placed an order (Order Number: 94149669487) for 3 white hoodies for our staff to wear during the winter. However, what was delivered were 3 creme-colored hoodies instead—completely different from what I had ordered.

To make matters worse, there was no apology or explanation for the mix-up. I immediately attempted to initiate a return and request the correct items, but despite several efforts, every single return request was canceled by Max without any valid reason. It's been nearly two month of constant back-and-forth with no resolution, and no response or meaningful support from their customer service team.

It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially when I was just trying to get the right product for our staff. The complete disregard for customer satisfaction and lack of communication is shocking, and I would highly recommend avoiding Max Fashion Online if you're looking for reliable service and timely deliveries.

worst service

I have been a regular customer of Max, but my recent experience at this outlet was extremely disappointing. I purchased a pair of loafers from this location, and within just two days, the shoes started showing visible quality issues, including discoloration and marks. Despite not using them for even seven days, the condition deteriorated further, making them unwearable.

When I visited the outlet to address the issue, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of resolving my concern professionally, they seemed to avoid accountability and provided no satisfactory solution. Their lack of concern for customer satisfaction and poor service has left a negative impression.

I do not recommend purchasing shoes from Max, especially from this outlet. Their approach to quality and customer service needs significant improvement.

Worst service ever witnessed

Worst service ever witnessed. Delivery not reached plus the delivery person don't answer the cal. When u cal the customer care they keep on chanting that they working on it, working on it.. Don't no what exactly they working on. Sometime I feel they are kept just to inform the customer that when we say we are working on it means to understand nothing can happen and you can cancel your order. Thanks for wasting time and efforts.
