Terrible Customer Satisfaction

At the end of October 2024, we visited their main showroom in Halfweg to place an order for an L-shaped sofa. In mid-December, the sofa was delivered in incorrect dimensions (the short side was supposed to be 225 cm but was delivered as 170 cm). They attributed the mistake to the factory in Poland where it was manufactured and stated that they would need to place a new order, with the new sofa arriving no earlier than the end of January 2025.

We explained that this timeframe was too late, as we urgently needed the sofa, and requested to cancel the order entirely and get a refund for the payment we had already made. They said this was not possible.

As a compromise, we suggested keeping the delivered sofa but asked for a refund of the price difference between the originally ordered sofa and the one delivered (the difference listed on their website is €350). They refused this as well, initially offering to refund only €100. After numerous calls and messages, they increased their offer to €200. However, they failed to honor even this amount.

Most recently, they stopped responding to our calls and messages altogether. This is a company completely focused on profit, with no regard for customer satisfaction, even in a situation where they are 100% at fault. They seem overly concerned about small amounts like €100–200, and their attitude is unacceptable. I strongly advise staying away from this company.
