Completely different from picture and return cost is on you

I bought two hanging plants in the Dutch site. When they arrived, they were pale pink color instead of maroon, likely due to overexposure to light. In fact, it is hard to tell whether they were even the correct item: only a single low-resolution picture was available on their website. That should have prevented me to purchase with them.
The product looked extremely cheap, fake and low quality. Colors and textures that do not exist in nature.
To my surprise, that was just the beginning. After a tortuous experience with the customer service, they denied any responsibility and made me pay for the return shipping (10 Euro).
To avoid at all cost...

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company. I contacted customer service 3 times to cancel the order. Each time I was informed that the order would be cancelled. A few days later, the courier delivered the package. I asked the service department for return details and a return label. in response I got that due to brexit they are not able to generate a return label for me, which involves returning the product at my own expense. I finally gave up on this option because I wasn't sure how long it would take for the package to reach them. the product ended up in the trash anyway (it wasn't cheap) due to poor workmanship. the cheapest flowers for the grave look better than what I got. I believe that even one star rating is too much for them.

Damaged Goods/Appalling Customer Service

My bonsai tree arrived with a 10cm section broken off and poorly packed. Contacted customer services who wish me to return the item before they will replace it. I pointed out Scotland is in lockdown due to the Corona Virus and we are advised to stay at home unless we have to shop for essential groceries etc. This didn't make any difference to them as they insist I return the damaged item or they can offer a 50% discount and I can keep the damaged bonsai tree. I asked for contact details for their CEO which they refused to provide. Their latest email in poor English advised me they have shown my email to their nameless CEO and they also insist I return the damaged plant or accept the 50% discount. I have never came across such poor customer service making ridiculous demands that I leave my home to return their damaged goods in the middle of a global pandemic. Absolutely shocking!

THE PROMISED 50% DISCOUNT PROMISED 2 WEEKS AGO HAS NEVER BEEN ACTIONED.
