It is absolutely annoying when you run a webshop and there is no way of contacting you! For Gods sake put an email out at least if you don't want to put a phone number out! Your labyrinth of AI messaging apps just makes me frustrated for wasting my time. Im not buying from you anymore until you put a speck of humanity into your business.

Tyres production date
I have ordered 2 set of tyres. 2 pc. 225/40 R18 and 2 pc. of 295/30R18. Unfortunately the production dates greatly differ. 2025 for the 225/40 R18 but 2023 for the 295/30R18. I couldn't return the older ones due to time pressure. This is not realy acceptable. Please pay more attention!!!
The delivery service itself was fine.

I only gave one star because I can't zero
I only gave one star because I can't give a zero. It's impossible to communicate with the company, I'm writing to a robot that doesn't understand anything. They sent me faulty tires, they were squashed, they were 5-6 cm away from the rim, you couldn't inflate them, so it was impossible to mount them on the rim, or they could have been used as a garden ornament. I can prove this with the expert opinions of two service centers. I had to arrange for the return of the unusable tires, so I also had to pay 130 €. I got the price of the tires back, I lost the cost of returning them. I will never buy from them again.
