The webshop is simple and user-friendly to use, but the delivery service and tracking experience could be improved. It would also be great if deliveries to Hungary were not handled exclusively by DPD (in my experience, they are slow, communication is not transparent, and there is always some kind of issue), or if there were an option to choose the shipping carrier during the ordering process. However, I have never had any issues with the product itself, neither in the past nor with my current order.
