Poor quality for the price. This item offers very poor value—I could find the same thing in town for about £10. I won't bother with the return process and am counting this as a loss.

I only put 1 star because trust pilot doesn’t allow any less. 69 quid for a load of crap, nothing like the pictures. Similar quality can be bought for 5.99 on any market stall in any town. Wish I’d read the reviews before buying

Save your money. Don’t buy from Maxikaftan. I ordered two outfits from them nearly a year ago. Received one outfit after three months and it was very cheaply made out of terrible fabric. The second outfit never arrived and I have written them several times requesting a refund with no luck. I feel as though I just opened my wallet and took out cash and threw it to the wind. I will never buy from them again.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering! When you don't get the product you ordered, they refuse to give you a refund. This company is fraudulent. BEWARE! They are happily taking money under false pretences. This is a scam. I wouldn't even give it ONE star.

Sorry for those who had a bad experience with them...but, for me, other than the shipping time (ordered from a post on Instagram 05/02/25 & received 05/29/25 due to it being out of stock), I have no other issue. I'm pleased with the style and fit. Customer service kept me abreast of inventory and delivery. They were pleasant and professional. I ordered Men's Plus Size Rainbow V Neck Size 5X. It's very comfortable. I gave 4 stars because of the wait. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.

All pieces were ordered in the same size. One was 60 inches wide, one was supposed to be a long cardigan, it was 20 inches long. The 3rd was 2 sizes too small. Doesn't look like their AI pictures. Don't fall for it. Tell everyone it's a scam!

WHY didn't I read the reviews first?!! Ugh. It's a total scam. You wait forever and then don't get what you ordered, and they won't take a return because it "Costs too much." They want you to send them more money to keep the garment and order another one. "Special Discount"

I bought a product from Maxikaftan, but the quality of it was not good. I have tried to get a refund, but it has been impossible. The customer service only tries you to buy another product offering you different discounts and tell you that is so expensive giving the product back that it is better to keep it, even if the quality is bad.
I would not recommend this shop.

Ordered an item it was not the size I ordered. I reached out to return it for correct size and got the run around
Was unable to return but was offered correct size for additional $20 Waited for weeks which led to months
This China based company is a scam beware. Returns are not available, exchanges are a joke
How Facebook promotes their products is beyond my understanding.

Garments arrived, not what I ordered all wrong size, colour and design wrong and cheap materials. Don’t buy from here

This company is a scam. They will take your money and never provide a product. All “customer inquiries” will result in a fake/ broken English response. NEVER CONSIDER PURCHASING ANYTHING!! Buyers beware!!!

DONT DO IT!!! It’s weeks of back and forth emails to try and get a return processed. My overall order was $96… they refunded me $20 and said to keep the items. Why would I keep them. Cheap quality, doesn’t fit. Save your money. Shop elsewhere.

I wish I had read the reviews of this awful company first. I ordered 3 men's caftans. The only accurate thing from what is pictured on their website is the fabric color and pattern. The style and cut of what I received is nothing like what is pictured. After contacting them requesting to return them and getting a response back offering me a partial refund to keep them (I will never wear them - they'll get donated) which I declined, I have been going back and forth with them for almost 3 weeks about returning them. Each email I got from them increased the amount of the refund. I kept telling them the items are not as pictured on the website and this morning I got an email from them telling me "The clothes we sent you are the ones in the photo." They clearly are not and now I'm going to file a fraud claim with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SHAM OPERATION AND YOU WILL SPEND HOURS OF YOUR LIFE THAT YOU'LL NEVER GET BACK TRYING TO GET SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE WHAT THEY PICTURE ON THEIR SITE!

I ordered a kafran and received different style, low quality kaftan in the wrong color. The seller admitted it must have been a mix up but I should just accept it anyway because “it’s a high quality kaftan”. It wasn’t. They offered a 10% refund. Shame on them. I escalated it to PayPal who denied my claim bc I received something that was close enough to the description. PayPal failed me too. This seller knows how to work the system to get around PayPal too. It’s fraudulent. Avoid them.

Purchased what was pictured as a fabulous sequined caftan and purchased it two sizes larger than needed just in case. There’s not a sequin anywhere on the piece, just a shiny, incredibly cheap fabric that’s not remotely what is pictured and it’s so incredibly small I think it would fit my terrier. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!! I should have read the scathing and blood curdling reviews about this scam outfit. Disputed the charge and my cc is taking care of it. What a complete farce!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 3 items. I did receive everything about a month after ordering. None were anywhere like what was shown on the website. One was size XL and I ordered a size S. Per their website I contacted their returns email address to ask for a return address (you know it’s an issue when they don’t provide the return address directly on their website). They say they will respond with 24 hours yet you will never receive a response (I emailed multiple times). I reached out to my CC and filed a fraud claim.

I think this company is a scam. I ordered a kaftan and noticed they charged me about $10 more. I got an email that they were canceling my order with no reason why. I emailed them 2 weeks later because I did not see a refund on my account and wat told they didn't cancel my order and it will be shipping. He has not shipped. I have to contact my bank and report fraud. My bank refunded my money and are investigating the charge on my account.

Complete scam. Sent the wrong item completely and won't return messages. Paid $50 for it and got an offer in broken translated english for $8 compensation.
