Maximum Lifestyle sold me a defective product and would not honor there own return policy. They will not issue full refunds for products they sell that do not work.
Anyone reading this post should NEVER buy from this company. They con you in with there so called low prices.
Please go to a reputable company that has a higher business standard.
So unless you want to waste your money on getting a product that is not going to work, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

For €200. They offered a 20% refund,criminals

There should be a category for minus 20 stars for this company.
I ordered an external drive and they sent one in a foreign language that tried to copy SanDisc but is a fraud - it couldn't even be plugged into the wire- they offered several 20% deals - TOTAL FRAUD

I ordered the product, and I received exactly what I ordered. This was the first purchase through Maximum, and I am pleased.

The delivery was great, will definitely order soon

Absolutely appalling company. I only wish that we had visited TrustPilot and read the reviews before buying from this company. Our experience matches that reported by many other buyers. We ordered a blood sugar monitor and blood oxygen monitor on 24 January 2026. We thought that we were dealing with a Dutch seller but whilst it is a Dutch company everything is sent from China. So after having to wait for delivery, we found that the blood sugar monitor didn’t work at all. It simply didn’t switch on. The oxygen monitor appears to work but another reviewer stated that it wasn’t at all accurate so who knows. After reporting and requesting a refund, we jumped through the same hoops as others, sending photos and then a video before they offered a 15% discount then increased to 20%! We refused and eventually they provided a return address. - in China! However, they said that they discourage returns! Astonishing. I haven’t got the time to go through the Dutch, EU and UK consumer protection regulations which apply here and pursue them for £31. We were so concerned that they had our credit card details that we cancelled the card and got a replacement. It’s truly depressing that there are people out there prepared to conduct business in this manner.

I was mis-sold by this company! A "non-invasive" blood-glucose monitor turned out to use needles to take blood samples and an oximeter which came with it didn't work at all. I was given the choice to return the goods to an address in China by tracked mail at my own expence or accept a measly 20% refund and keep the useless and over-priced monitors. Nice business model for them!

I actually give negative 5 stars. I waited 19 days for a non-invasive blood glucose meter. What I got was a POS blood glucose meter and blood O2 meter. The blood glucose meter was NOT non-invasive. I've been fighting with them for 3 days to this corrected. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.!!!

Bought the oximeter after a recommendation and it works well. Readings show up quickly and it’s easy to understand. Packaging was neat and delivery was smooth.

Picked up this fingertip oximeter mainly to keep an eye on my levels at home and it’s been super straightforward to use. Just clip it on and within a few seconds the readings show up clearly. No setup, no confusion. It arrived in clean, simple packaging and felt ready to use right out of the box.

It took a while to ship my jumper but I was kept informed of progress. The item is lovely and very comfortable to wear, but unfortunately not fully as described...I ordered a high turtle neck and this is a crew neck. The colour and fibre are perfect however.

I ordered a SSD external Harddrive from this company in Netherlands. I was pushed their ad through a google search. When I placed the order, I then found the item was being shipped from China, and took longer that expected.

When the drive arrived, my first impression was it was poor quality. And then I found it didn't work - I could not format it (despite the description being suitable for my mac). Very disappointing.

On their website, the company states 30 days returns with free shipping via Royal Mail. However when I asked to return it, they told me for a full refund I would need to send it back to China at my own cost. The alternative is they would refund me 20% of the cost and I could keep the broken drive.

This is misleading given what is shown on their website ... and probably goes against my consumer rights?

The only good thing I can say is that have responded quickly to my emails. But their reply is very disappointing and unacceptable.

I would recommend not ordering from this company, and instead buy elsewhere from a reputable supplier.

It's a scam!!! Hard drive is not working and the return policy is a scam. I even managed to return it in time yet they refused to confirm that it's been delivered.

No app for my phone.no way to get ahold of this company! Yup... my husband's buying me a can oof gravy...cuz I'm gonna have to eat this1!!!!
