I am writing this to warn any new or existing TRT customers about the "Maximus Labs" rollout and their absolute lack of accountability.
As a new TRT patient, I was required to do follow-up labs. Before spending $200 on their internal Maximus Lab panel, I explicitly asked support—and verified via screenshots—if this panel included all necessary markers for a TRT follow-up. They confirmed it did.
It did not.
The results came back missing Free Testosterone, making the entire panel useless for a TRT follow-up. Without that marker, I have no idea how my body is responding to treatment or if my levels are dialed in.
The "support" experience that followed has been a disaster:
First, I was told the results were "incomplete" and the marker would show up later.
Once the results were finalized, they admitted it wasn't there.
After 20+ conversations and 4 support tickets, they began closing my tickets without resolution.
I have requested a refund so I can pay for a proper panel elsewhere, but they are giving me the run-around and refusing to take responsibility for their own misinformation. If you value your health and your money, go to a lab that actually understands the bloodwork they are selling.
Total lack of medical professionalism and customer service.

Top Notch company/website
The pricing was good, the blood test simple and fast delivery. Meds were delivered fast. Easy contact with Dr and customer service when I had a question. Dashboard seems easy to follow. Really nice to be able to see blood work on the portal as well.

This is a 4 month review of Maximus, Dr Cam and the whole team at Maximus - Dr Cam. I want to thank you and your team both customer service and medical. I came to Maximus after subpar enclo results and support from Strut Health. With a few early hiccups your team has been awesome in helping me get to the new old me. Each of the protocols helped me achieve this and although now that my pcp has seen the success and stabilization that me being low normal at the start was not good and where I am at now is healthy in all aspects by continuing my TRT. I still plan to continue weight mgmt to maintain my goal weight blood flow for the added blood pressure and other benefits as well as finally trying oxytocin intranasal as you suggested. Again thank you for giving me a better version of myself not only for me but my wife and kids.
This may just be one persons review but if you trust the process and do the work with the team you will discover the person you thought was lost due to time that has past.

Sermorelin has transformed my sleep quality
I've been using Maximus Tribe's sermorelin protocol for a few months now, and the impact on my sleep has been the most noticeable benefit. Prior to starting, I frequently woke up in the middle of the night and rarely felt fully rested in the morning. Since beginning sermorelin, I'm falling into deeper sleep more quickly, staying asleep through the night, and waking up feeling genuinely restored.
The onboarding process was straightforward, the clinician consultation was thorough, and shipments have arrived on time. If you're considering sermorelin primarily for sleep quality, my experience has been very positive.
