Both the medication and the customer service have always exceeded my expectations. Anytime I have an issue with my account or the website, customer service fixes the situation quickly and completely. The medication works as intended — very very pleased.

Another shady online TRT company
This company looks great on the outside. They are super happy to take your money as quickly as possible. Customer service is absolutely abysmal. I had an issue with a TRT bottle and it took them 3+ weeks to get the issue fixed. I asked many times to have someone call me through email, chat and text and never got anyone to call me. They have now billed me for bloodwork 3 times in just over 60 days, which is insane. They don’t tell you they are shipping the $100 kit, they just send it. They also don’t mention that your first bottle is $100 and then it goes up to $200 unless you pay in full by the year. Just super scammy type stuff. Only went with them because the TRT MCT, but will find another company and filing fraud on my credit card for their awful practices.

The service is awesome
The service is good, and everything is very legitimate. The shipping from the pharmacy is fast as well. I am hoping that we can see more products in the future, like GHK-Cu or some other things.
