I met Maxine at one of her markets, and her products and positive energy instantly fascinated me.
I have been struggling with acne throughout my teens, and nothing has helped. It feels like I tried everything; prescription creams, latest skincare, all the diets…
Then I tried Maxine’s products - they have changed everything for me. I truly feel hope for my skin again. I am blown away.
They are so gentle, soothing, and my skin is actually starting to heal.

These products are amazing! Everything that is important to me, not tested on animals, free from harmful chemicals and eco conscious. Several people have commented on my skin favourably and I will continue to buy them. Maxine is a positive influence on my world and I love boss her dog.

Love these products! I’m new to this brand but so far everything I’ve tried is truly wonderful. I met the owner at a local market and was impressed with all the different formulations. I think my favorite product so far is the matcha face cream. My husband has been using and loving it too.

Maxine and Boss skin care products are an absolute dream! I love the body lotion — the scent of geranium is out of this world and I get loads of compliments: It feels like a chilled spa day in a bottle. And the matcha face cream leaves my face glowing, hydrated, and happy. The natural ingredients really make a difference, and you can tell there’s care and intentionality in these products. Fantastic product. The geranium shower gel feels so luxurious and I love that there are only natural ingredients which is so important. The scent is fantastic and so calming which really helps to start the mornings right!

I stumbled across Maxine and Boss with a wonderful free gift of the delightful Ylang ylang and Boabob oil and I have been addicted ever since! I have always had facial treatments and used good products, but these products are something else! Made lovingly by Maxine, she listens to your every need and adjusts her products accordingly. My skin has never felt so soft, nourished and youthful (and I’m 51!).
No hesitation whatsoever to 110% recommend the Maxine and Boss range to you all!

'I am Love' and 'Ylang Ylang Face Oil' started my journey with Maxine&Boss earlier this year.
I simply cannot step away as my face and body can't get enough of these incredibly gentle and kind products. Every product (from 'Raspberry Serum' to 'Neroli deodorant' - I own nearly everything Maxine&Boss lovingly produces!) seems to make my skin the best it can be, whilst smelling beautiful, and making me feel kinder to the environment.
The quality of every product is exceptional, and to know the story behind the creation and development of this brand is heartwarming - but folks ... regardless of the story, the quality is very hard to beat and blows all the high street brands out of the water!
Don't be slow to the party, your skin needs Maxine&Boss! :-)

Met the duo of Maxine + Boss at Waterperry Gardens.
Boss wandered off but we had a lovely chat and hand massage with Maxine.
It was a hot day and my psoriasis was being painful. One blast of Neroli face spray had my skin and I were feeling calmer. Thus encouraged by the botanical, cruelty and plastic free products I took some home with me. Dared to try the Ylang Ylang face oil and it worked! Calming down and eventually reducing the psoriasis. (Sufferers will know how painful applying anything can be and how awful the hydrocortisone is.) Try the Ylang Ylang instead. My skin feels so much better.
My partner is now also addicted to the massage oil.
I have now placed the first of what will be many orders.

OMG Maxine + Boss products truly are the best I would sweat profusely and used all roll on known to man and nothing worked except her Neroli Deodorant there on the market quite like it and quite obvious her expertise is what led to the creation of this amazing product. I am also a massive fan of her Raspberry Face Serum which works wonders.
Maxine and Boss really put the effort in the products, she is very, very pleasant and Boss is super cute. I truly felt I was being advised by someone who understood skin care and passionate.

I met Maxine + Boss today at the Best of British Craft Festival at Waterperry Gardens, and I was blown away by Maxines warmth and passion, not just for her products and the natural personal care market, but for people; its infectious. Her positive nature is contagious and after purchased a body oil (which works wonders and smells DIVINE) she also provided me with an array of samples, which I'll enjoy using.

Lovely Products made by an even lovelier human! I had the privilege of stumbling upon Maxine + Boss one day at the Coal Drops Yard Market and I'm so glad I did. My boyfriends mom who is a wheelchair user absolutely loves the oils we gifted her which have been helping her joint pain. You can feel the passion and love made with these products!

Maxine is a gem check her out at Elephant park market , she is amazing lady along with her products and of course Boss too I have used the sandalwood black pepper massage oil 👌, geranium body cleanser that i am in LOVE with , the smell is Devine the gutu kala eye 👌nectar amazing ! and the neroli deodorant 👌lasts long . All the products i have used work well they all do a great job 👌 they are

Not only is Maxine one of the loveliest people I’ve met, but her products are genuinely amazing.

I met her in Elephant Park and we started chatting about the bumps on my cheeks—something I’d struggled with for years. Without trying to sell me anything, she kindly gave me three samples and explained how to use each one.

I was sceptical, as I’d tried so many products before and nothing had worked. But because hers are made with natural ingredients, I hoped they wouldn’t irritate my skin. After just two days of using the raspberry serum and matcha face cream, the bumps completely cleared up—I couldn’t believe it.

When I ran out of the serum, the bumps came back. I spoke to Maxine again, and she gave me more samples so I could continue trying them and really see if they were right for me.

Sure enough, as soon as I used the serum again, the bumps disappeared.

The following weekend, I went back to show Maxine the results and she was genuinely happy to see the improvement. I bought both the serum and the matcha face cream, and now I use them every day. They feel so gentle and natural—it’s the first time I’ve actually looked forward to doing my skincare routine.

Maxine even gave me a full-size product to try on the rough skin on my arms, along with more samples—including some body butter for my boyfriend, who has very dry, cracked hands.

Since then, I’ve told all my friends about Maxine and her products. It’s so refreshing to have a real, honest conversation with someone about skincare and to be told which steps might not be necessary.

It’s clear that Maxine truly wants to help people. She believes in her products, and it shows—not just in the results, but in the way she encourages you to try them before committing to anything.

I met Maxine earlier in the year at the canopy market Kings Cross. I wandered past her stall and we started chatting like old friends.
I hadn't been looking for skin products. I have very sensitive skin and had been struggling. She sent me off with a little goodie bag to try. The raspberry face serum is wonderfully soothing and my skin seemed to love it.The products are made with natural ethically sourced ingredients.
I don't live in London so I connected with Maxine on Instagram and as her website is now up and running I ordered some serum.
I have just arrived home to find not only my order but some other little goodies too.

I shall be returning again and again.

I've been a regular customer for a month now and always find myself popping into the market to see what's new. Maxine has a great story and vibe which makes her products exceptional. I have slowly been building my collection but i feel in love with the matcha face cream first and it changed my skin. Followed by the Raspberry serum, it gives me a constant glow in the gloomy london rain. I honestly am obsessed with them all and her authenticity and generosity is so giving. I love all my samples because it gives me time to decide whats best for me. Excited to try the new products but highly recommend the shea butter for all skin types!

I met Maxine by chance in Coal Drops Yard Canopy Market and feel like the stars aligned that day! She patiently listened to my hormone related health niggles and even shared her own experiences with me. She gave me loads of samples to take away and try and no pressure to buy anything until I'd seen the results on my skin. A couple of weeks later of course I ordered several items as the products are absolutely amazing. My skin hasn't been so soft and hydrated since I started peri, I literally couldn't live without M&B products now. I feel lucky to have met Maxine, she is an inspiration <3

I met the fabulous Maxine and the adorable Boss when I worked alongside them at Canopy market and I couldn’t resist buying some of Maxine’s amazing vegan natural skincare. I have the botanical matcha face cream, raspberry seed serum with vegan collagen and rose quartz mist. I have now been using them every night for two weeks and I am already addicted. The texture of the matcha face cream is out of this world. I don’t even know how to describe it. Light and airy it seems to transform on the skin melting beautifully and luxuriously and brimming with the most gorgeous natural oils and a smell that is out of this world. And the ingredients - just wow - the raspberry seed serum with vegan collage uses radish root as a preservative - radish root! - and is magical, making my skin glow. And as soon as I spray the luxurious rose quartz mist I am somehow instantly relaxed. My skin is so happy since I started using these. I often can’t tolerate new skincare for more than a couple of days but applying these has turned into a nightly ritual that I can’t miss. My skin is so soft! There is magic in these products - and Maxine herself is the kindest and most generous caring soul. She is passionate about what she does and goes the extra mile to demonstrate the products, explain what is in them and answer any questions. Definitely recommend!
