Very poor customer service 2 parcels not received Maxpeedingrod has refused to send a replacement or provide a full refund only wanted more more for new order to be sent out

Really awful quality. The first run of this heater gave out the loudest noise. On opening the housing i could see the fan had been mounted badly. Its permanently fixed and uncorrectable. The issue had been acknowledged with an obvious metal clip and white marker at the problem area during manufacture. Yet this item was still shipped to me faulty. I have tried filing down the problem area but the fan is still making noise. Customer service only offered me a new heater at a 'discount'. Not a replacement for a faulty item. Not impressed at all.

Heater update, doesnt get hot anymore after a month of use (used maybe 4 times a month for an hour or so). Drains the battery after every use

Bought a diesel air heater from this company and it's not starting.
Customer service is a joke, always wanting more money from you.
Tried to charge me £70.00 for a replacement heater on top of the £140.00 I've already paid for the original one that doesn't work.
Save your money and go to a reputable company.

Bought a electric water pump for a BMW E60 530I N52 gen 1 engine and it arrived quickly and installed it . Perfect fit and works as it should problem free and at a bargain price too.

Poor product, no customer service
Bought a 2kw diesel heater and having connected it up, it's not working. Troubleshooting says the error is relating to glow plug. Took the casing off and checked all the wiring, no issues there. Glow plug is completely clean because it's never been used. Googled common problems, internet says maybe a fuel issue. It had a small leak of fuel: took everything off and checked all the connections, tightened the fuel line. Still not working. And where are customer service? Where indeed.
I bought this brand because they have customer service based in the UK, supposedly. There is no telephone number and they don't respond to emails. Steer well clear.

Work great no problem fast shipping and good costumes service

Ordered a Cam cover for my Vectra C 1.8 Z18XER to sort my crankcase breather issue, cover arrived really quick, great part with seal and all fixings that fitted well and the price was outstanding.

Control arm broke and was offered replacement part for only shipping cost. Was told to leave a review at the link provided in an email and send proof of review to reduce shipping cost. After leaving a review and emailing a screen snip-it as proof, was told there was no way to expedite shipping. Quoted 3-5 business days for California to Texas and product would not ship same day but within 24 hours (meaning next day). Free shipping for replacement product was offered at that point

Customer service was helpful after receiving a faulty shock for my Honda. Due to shipping costs i'm still required to pay the shipping which sucks but better than purchasing a whole new set. To make this a 5-star, I would've appreciated the solution to this problem to be free shipping, considering I received a faulty shock.

I'm excited to try this carburetor based on excellent reviews from several mechanics on YouTube. The price at Maxpeedingrods was also less than other sellers and the shipping was fast and free. Unfortunately, the gaskets included were damaged. I called Kevin at MaXpeedingrods and he facilitated the replacement immediately. I should have them in a few days. So the product is reviewed to perform well and to be made very well AND the company is quick to resolve issues. What more can a shade tree mechanic want. Thanks Kevin and Maxpeedingrods.

Hong Kong based company selling aftermarket car parts in the UK. Bought a car from someone who had a new turbo fitted. On the drive home it began stalling and putting out black smoke. She sent me the receipts for the parts. From the eBay site of Max speeding rods! Check the reviews on this site. Scroll through a few pages past the fake reviews and you get to real people's opinions! Buy genuine euro gear not this Chinese counterfeit rubbish

Coilovers leak, they don't answer emails to fix there junk

I love the product only issue is that they are messed up after only a few months but customer service is 5 stars
