We are having a warranty issue with one of the coilovers we purchased for a customer car. The company was very responsive for a warranty replacement. We should have our customer back on the road ASAP.

I honestly enjoy the product when I was on my car. However I was upset to find out that my struts had a manufacture defect. My front driver strut actually snapped in half while driving on the road. Upon installing the parts my car began to make clunking noises. all that led to a blown strut. Nonetheless I was able to contact customer service and I am now receiving replacement front struts. I can really appreciate a company that owns up to their mistakes and insurance full customer satisfaction.
