Very helpful and friendly staff, by far the best thing about Max Self Storage.
The storage is clean and tidy and easy to find and park.
The only criticism would be the opening hours which are very restricted (mainly to office hours and half day Saturday). If your storage is not on the ground floor it requires a fork lift truck to move things up and down which can mean waiting for others to finish with it. (Only staff can use the fork lift)

I would use them again but these days people expect 24hr access to storage.

Absolutely top notch storage facility. Staff are warm, professional and incredibly helpful and there is a great choice of units. This is the second time I have stored here and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the opening hours are quite short, especially on the weekend. But otherwise they are absolutely first class.

A first-class service with a refreshing can do attitude. I would recommend them unhesitatingly.

Fantastic service provided. They manage to sort storage at very late notice and were incredibly flexible and helpful with both the provision of storage but also timings around collection.

This storage company are very professional and were always available if I wanted to access my container. It is clean and well managed and would recommend this facility.

No complaints as my experience quite the opposite....all aspects of my experience of Max Self Storage was very good

I had shipped a load of furniture back with a a courier from Germany three days before Christmas and needed storage for a month so I arranged it on the phone from London and agreed to sign the papers when I went there in person. Due to travel complications the van arrived a few hours before me - I let them know and they were happy to let the driver unload into my unit and for me to finish the paperwork on arrival. Excellent service

Looked after some household items that wouldn’t fit until I moved into a bigger property. No issues at all and all items were still in the same working order once picked up a year later.

Thanks for providing temporary storage unit for our overflow belongings, it was very easy to use and gain access when we wanted, the facility was clean & tidy, and the admin for invoicing worked well.

The service is excellent and staff very helpful. No issues with access especially during lockdown which was managed very well and safe for visitors.
