This is a fake app.only cheating nothing else.I have paid Rs.1299/- for buying one item.But after 3-4 days I did not get any positive response.Only thing they told your item already despatched.That is the end of it.So I advice all do not buy any thing from Maxsmile.This is a fraud company

Maxsmile is absolutely a fake website. The reviews displayed on your platform appear to be self-generated and misleading. I made a purchase trusting those reviews, but now I realize there isn’t even an option for customers to leave genuine feedback.

If anyone checks Google, the truth about your fraudulent practices becomes clear. This is extremely dishonest and unacceptable. You are deceiving customers by delivering cheap, low-quality products while charging premium prices.

You may think you can get away with this and build a successful business, but such practices never last. Sooner or later, the truth catches up, and there are consequences for misleading people.

This is truly disappointing and wrong on many levels.

No exchange or replacement of product offered or reimbursement of payment done even after continuous 8 emails sent to the company. The damaged product was received by a senior citizen and hence no video recorded. But broken product image and other details of the packet available. Still, the company does not offer replacement after 8 emails.

Actually the company maxsmile rating should be zero.
I have ordered for mini vacuum cleaner for Rs 800 around. They have sent me a non operating piece ( just like a toy ). I have taken the video of opening and sent them within in 5 hours but they simply replied that video is not sufficient. Very ridiculous. It seems it is a fraud enterprise.
The toy they sent for Rs 800/- is lying waste.

Completely Misleading Product & Zero Accountability

I paid ₹714 (prepaid) for the Electronic Mosquito Killer Machine Lamp from Maxsmile. It is heavily marketed as a device that attracts and kills mosquitoes.

The reality? It is just a blue light lamp.

After 4 days of continuous use in an area with clear mosquito activity, it has not killed even ONE mosquito. Not a single one.

It simply glows blue and does nothing else.

This product does not perform its basic advertised function. Selling a mosquito killer that doesn’t kill mosquitoes is completely misleading.

I raised a refund request 3 days ago — no response. They do not answer calls. The email address printed on the invoice is incorrect. I had to search online to find another email just to try contacting them. That says everything about their customer support.

They also advertise a “free 5-day return,” but in my experience, this claim is completely false. There is no actual support or response when you try to initiate a return

Taking prepaid money, delivering a product that does not work as advertised, and then becoming unreachable shows a complete lack of accountability.

If this is how Maxsmile treats paying customers, then people should seriously reconsider before trusting this company with their money.

This is fraud website. I purchased few items on 31.1.2026 and paid Transaction ID: Shuymmhv 1769861326835. Delivered items are fake and useless. Contact calls lead to automated response. Please do not waste your hard earn money. My order no. #MS145638
