Amazing Customer service!! An I actually mean that I might sound like a bot but I’m being 100% honest. I ordered Coilovers for my 328i bmw an I got it less then 3 days super fast! I’m not gonna lie I messed up during the install an forgot to tighten down the rear back right shock bottom bolt an I emailed them asking if I was able to get another one an they responded less then a day! Amazing Coilovers an over great product!

My 3Kw dual-fuel inverter generator from Maxspeedingrods worked great except the display module was flashing every second. I contacted them and they sent me a video that showed how to ensure connecting cable was secure. It was, so problem continued. Then they shipped me a new display module from Hong Kong and another video to install. I installed it no problem and (new) display kept flashing (even tho the generator was still working to produce electricity). Anyway, I wanted a warranty exchange and they instead sent a brand new generator which worked flawlessly out of the box (after adding oil). That's some pretty good customer service. Well done.
