I had a great experience just request more detail of what comes in the box
I had a great experience. Curbside service with lift gate. Shipping was fast and the generator arrived with no issues. One observation is that the image showed a wheel kit and collapsible handles but in the website description it said none of that was in the box. The wheels were in a kit in the box that had to be assembled and the handles were already attached. I looked and looked for anything telling me that but it was no where to be found. I saw on other websites and other places that sold generators that some generator buyers had to purchase the wheel and handle kit separately so it was worrisome. It all worked out but it sure would have saved me some anxiety to know they were there. Just update what’s in the box on website. I had a great experience. This is a suggestion only not a critique of the business.

They didn't ship my batteries to a drill set u purchased. Yes they did refund myself for the batteries. I just figured maxtool knew to put batteries in a pack I bought with my own money in the first place.

I ordered approximately $300 worth of tools and I received a box with loose items that appeared to a) be used or b) refurbished. The items have signs of wear and were poorly packaged (did not come in factory packaging). I will not be buying from MaxTool again since this is my first and last time. I would like to say that I tried contacting their customer service via email and did not receive a response, so I called and they were very prompt to respond and create a support ticket. Still waiting for the resolution..

Still waiting for my refund.. I have shipped the item back and no money back or exchange.
