I sent back a faulty AMD Ryzen 5 9600X processor to Maxtrade.lv under warranty on February 28, 2025, following all their instructions precisely. Despite multiple follow-ups in March and July, I have received no updates, no replacement, and no communication from their side.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. A 5-month delay with zero accountability shows a total disregard for customer support and warranty obligations. I provided the order number, completed the required form, and used the courier service they specified — yet I’m still left without a working product or any explanation.

I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Maxtrade.lv, especially if you expect any kind of post-sale support.

They offer a good price for the product. Not always the best, but still good. First experience was weird, as the website is a mixed bag of three languages and look like a scam, then got used to it. All my purchases, I think there are five of them to date, arrived within timeframe presented on the listing. Hard drive packaging on the other hand was barely acceptable on the other hand. Emails are responded reasonably quick within their work hours. All in all I consider myself being a happy customer.
