If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would. The order never arrived, and they have been refusing to refund my money for six months. They don’t respond to WhatsApp messages or emails. I absolutely do not recommend this site.

I have been ordering and receiving products from Maypharm for a few years now and every time am concerned over the ordering process, but every time am very happy with the products, pricing and delivery, I think the problem is they change their payment process a lot which confuses things and puts doubt in your mind, they can also be slow at responding to emails I think due to time differences and working days.
Recently they updated their website which meant it appeared i had not ordered from them before which again put doubt in my mind, but they are a well established and provide and produce fantastic products, they always add some free products to try to my order, I have always received what I have ordered in a timely manner with shipping, I am always impressed with the pricing, I have never been let down by Maypharm , and will definitely use again.

I'm a little shocked over some of the past reviews, and see that they're dated. But my experience has been absolutely wonderful. Shipping was quick, and I am very happy with my purchase of MayFill Light for lip filler touch-ups and Metox!

I'm sure these are a scam I sent my money they're not got an email saying can you put it through PayPal into a friend account I didn't obviously I have ask them to cancel any transactions because of this they have not replied or they keep on saying is that we don't do PayPal

They replied right away when I asked for payment methods. Made my payment, sent the confirmation to them. After that silence. My multiple emails and messages requesting updates on status of the order have been ignored. Still hoping to receive my product and it’s just poor customer service and not a scam…

I have ordered many times from Maypharm, they're usually the cheapest for the items that I wish to purchase. They offer free shipping and there's usually amazing discount codes from various influencers and these are applied on top of sale prices that they have. This time around I was checking my emails for the email that they have received my order and shipping info, couldn't find any. So I logged into my account on their website and voila there's a tracking number there. Checked it on the Fed ex app and happy days should be here by Monday 18th

If I could leave a 0 for this company I would. THEY STOLE $420 from me. I had to follow up so many times I lost count, they then told me they didn't have the product. I asked for a refund, many times, they said they would refund the money but that was 2 weeks ago. They do not respond to emails or messages. DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY.
I like Maypharm products but buy them from estaderm or someone reputable.

Terrible supplier, they never respond to any messages to their WhatsApp nor emails. The contact form on the site is not working either. This was my first time purchasing from this supplier and probably my last time.

Recently I made order because they have diverse filler and botulinum toxin and Skin booster. Price is very very good and they give it to me in fast courier. it is lovely. especially they have lots of promotion.

I put in an order , n not a cheap order …I have no received my order , when I checked the tracking I caught that THEY put in the wrong address , not the one I put in,so I contacted them after I tripple checked , they then went to change the address it was being shipped too (only assuming bc it said on the tracking it was changed ), and AGAIN put the wrong address in , but worse bc this time the address wasn’t even existing 🤦‍♀️, I have not heard back from them AT ALL , not once … I have emailed them 4 or 5 times , havnt got a single reply … package says its been delivered … Iv taken all photos of my order an everything they tracking but can’t even get ahold of anyone to get a refund or my order …so im out over 350 bucks … very very very disappointed with this company , how they can just Ignor customers is beyond me … everyone be warned 🤦‍♀️

After having seriously doubted and believed I had been scammed by this cosmetics site, I'm coming back on my bad opinion and I'm sorry for the bad experiences of users who left bad reviews. I also left a bad review 1 week ago. Now everything is back to normal. I had to send several e-mails to MayPharm to ask if they had received my payment confirmation, they replied 2 days later with an apology. My order was sent the same day as their reply by e-mail, as well as an e-mail from FedEx with a tracking number and I received my parcel today. Impeccable.
I may order again later

Just to update everyone. I've emailed them everyday, since sending my payment via Wise. Maypharm has not contacted me back after payment was made on the 24th of Feb. Today is March 2nd. I still haven't heard back, and my order is still on hold with them. I wish I could get my 120 dollars back. Please note.... I've sent them about 5 emails.

If I could leave a negative -5 Stars for MAYPHARM I would. The Korean company has put me in a situation where I had to go to the police and file a police report. In the past I have done numerous transactions with MAYPHARM.

Recently I purchased over $300.00 in merchandise. The order never came.

FEDERAL EXPRESS is excepting responsibility for the missing package. And MAYPHARM has choosen NOT to cooperate with FEDEX.

I can honestly say, I don't know if this is a scam or the package is actually missing. What honest company would not cooperate with FEDERAL EXPRESS?? So I think it is a SCAM.

I should have suspected FRAUD when MAYPHARM requested payment in a different name located in NewYork instead of korea.

I STRONGLY, advise against buying from MAYPHARM.. But if you do Proceed with caution and be ready to have your Money Stolen if you deal with this company.

I put in a big order and initiated payment but then decided to look up reviews and read all these negative reviews on here and freaked out and cancelled the payment. I reached out to them and told them why and they were very apologetic, explaining that they have had more business than they could handle and admit that their customer service had suffered from that and they had gotten off to a rough start but we're doing much better now and hoped I would give them a chance in the future. Well after getting the run around with filler house and their payment options requiring me to go to my bank to complete a wire transfer I decided to go back and give these guys a shot. I sent in the payment from my phone no problem and confirmed with them and within a week I had a box full of beautiful tox and fillers. I will trust them going forward and win stay with this company. I think they've redeemed themselves.

Maypharm.net is a scam BUYERS BE AWARE. Do not give these scammers your hard earned money I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from them. You will not receive your product and they will not refund you. I got the run around for over a week on when they would ship out and they claimed they never received my payment which was a lie. I asked for a refund which they completely disregarded!!

Absolute scammers! I brought some moulding threads before and got a bag of 20. Then repurchased and got sent a sample bag with 4 in. When I emailed them they tried to tell me that's the right amount! Nothing in the description saying its a bag of 4. And the picture is still of the bag of 20 when ordering. No response when I said I want to return them because I'm not paying that for 4 threads. Don't bother they will take you're money and send you anything and make out like that's right. Never ordering again I'll stick with the other companies. Absolute robbery!

Their inventory is not accurate. Their customer service is slow, they wouldn't cancel or partially refund my order when several items I ordered were out of stock. The substitutes they offered were subpar. I ended up losing money since the substitute items did not total up to the price of the items I initially ordered & they offered face masks to make up for the difference. I'm disappointed that the masks are oil-based and fragrance is near the top of the ingredient list. Sure, some of their prices may be better than similar vendors but it is not worth the hassle, in my opinion. I will stick to acecosm, glamderma, celestapro, and getglowingnowskincare.

On November 24, 2021 I placed an order. According to the post office it was not delivered due to absence but no one notified me of the delivery attempt and the package was returned to Korea. After countless unanswered emails to Maypharm customer service and after ask for a claim form that of course they have not sent, they inform me that the package has not yet arrived in Korea...

They do not attend to any of my requests; neither the package, nor the money, nor do they answer the emails nor do I have a claim form.
I consider it to be a fraud.
I see that there are more people affected.
I would like to know if we can do something because I feel helpless in such a situation

On 12th of November I ordered for 360$ different things- I had to call FedEx several times to track my package- the custumer service let me know, that it's in my country already and nobody from FedEx couldn't reach me all the time- this was at 12th of January. After 2 month and a lot of research from me, I was told, that the package was sent back to South Korea at the 24th of November- so the costum service lied to me the whole time.

After this information from FedEx there was no reaction when I asked them for refund- for me thats fraud. I ordered in South Korea for many times, something like that never happened to me, they deliver usually in 5 to 12 days- be careful and trust other companies, there are so many serious like acecosm or gangnam....

I am changing review from 1 star to 4 star!! I did receive a email, regarding my order status and tracking#, on Dec.14th.
I had received my order on Dec.18th and VERY PLEASED with my products from Maypharm!!
