This website is a complete scam. I ordered a jumper from them over a year ago and have been emailing back and forth, asking when my package would arrive. The tracking said it had arrived, but it never did. They kept promising it would arrive soon, but it never came. When I asked for a refund, the process was always delayed, and I never got my money back, which was very frustrating. Now I’ve discovered they’re done the same thing to other people. Never again will I buy from his website.

Paid money can’t log in, can’t change password as it always says something has gone wrong when I try.

It's been a year since I placed my order on November 29, and I still haven't received anything!

Bunch of crooks. Ordered. Never arrived. Asked for refund and they kept promising it had shipped and was on the way.

Then they claimed there was a shipping problem and they would re ship

Then they said if it didn’t arrive by next week they would refund.

Then they simply stopped responding.

So they took the money, no product. No refund. No responses.

Don’t buy from them.

I would not recommend this company. Their communication is extremely poor, and it took over two months for my order to arrive. When it finally did, the quality was very disappointing, and there was no way to return the item despite several attempts to contact them.
Overall, the experience feels very untrustworthy, and I would advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.
If the company refunds the amount I paid, I will consider the matter resolved and be satisfied.

They are just scam and cheaters. Never order anything from them

Paid!£85 for an order on 7th August despite numerous Emails I have had no goods,no compensation, and no refund.
I recommend to avoid as to me it seems like a scam.

Placed order (order 6485) on 26/07 to be shipped to UK.
Order never arrived.
Sent email on 11/09 asking for refund.
Was asked to wait another week for order to arrive.
Sent follow up email asking for refund on 21/09. Still waiting on a reply.
Clearly a scam company and even if they do sell products, costumer service is non existent. Will procure legal advice.

Update: 4 emails sent to support team since 21/09. No reply.

Don’t buy anything on this shop. I ordered ; they took my money and never arrived.

This it a total scam/fraud. I have been waiting 2.5 months and still have not received my order. I have had lots of emails back and forth and they seem to just be stringing me along in hopes that I will just give up. Instead I have turned it over to my credit card company to fight them!

Do not order from this store! It are a scam! I ordered four polo t-shirts in four different colors. However, I was sent two polo shirts with the same color and a baby shoe. I've emailed about 12 times over 3 months about rectifying the order or getting a refund. However, I get the same AI response that they are waiting for a response from higher management. The number on their website doesn't work, and their US address is bogus

Do not order from this company. My order took over 3 weeks over the set date. Was delivered to the wrong adress. When I contacted them they told me that I should knock on doors and try to find it. After reporting this they told me to wait 1 - 2 days for an “investigation” I have had to write to them 5 times and wait 7 weeks for the reply that they are not going to do anything.

SCAM: 10 months of promises — no delivery, no resolution

I ordered a sweater over 10 months ago. Since then, customer support repeatedly assured me they were “on it,” had “escalated to logistics,” and were working to “resolve the situation.” Despite numerous emails over many months, nothing happened. There was never a reliable tracking number, no tangible progress, and to this day, no delivery.

Polite communication does not equal fulfillment. Based on my documented correspondence over ten months, anyone ordering here should be prepared for prolonged delays with no guarantee of receiving their item.

Waited well over a month at this point. Order hasn’t even left china. Customer support are useless as doing everything possible to not process a refund. Complete joke of a business

Orders 4 shirts over 6 weeks ago. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Shirts were not to the quality as advertised. Looks like their IG ads have been AI generated, and a such they are much thinner and of poorer quality than shown.

3 weeks ago I had asked to return for a refund, after 10 days of arguing they agreed, however I have yet to receive any refund. This is a scam, avoid at all costs.

Honestly, everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Don't buy anything here!
I saw their add on Instagram and everything seemed nice. The website appeared trustworthy and there was even a 30-day return policy... Perfect! So I went in and ordered a 4-pack of Pique Knit Polo. The shipping took about a month, but I guess that's what you could expect from a smaller brand. When my package finally arrived, it only contained 1 shirt... This has been over a month ago, and none of the other have arrived since then. Also, the one Polo that did arrive, had a massively different colour than what was shown on the website. Moreover, the fit was close to my liking, so I decided to contact them for a return. W
We have gone back and forth about 10 times over the email to find a solution (both the missing shirts, and a return), but they appeared to only be stalling. Even though they state they have a 30-day return policy, they literally don't offer you a single way of activating it. By now, they have simply stopped reacting to my emails, and there is literally nothing I can do. So, please, be very aware with this company. My personal experience has ben atrociace.

Product took over 3 weeks to arrive so obviously come from China

When arrived (pack of 4 polos) one was a different colour to advertised, one was a different size to the other 3 and they all had a different colour zip which made it look cheap - nothing like photos or videos on website or social medial

Emailed to complained and they offered me 10% refund which is £9 I have declined and thus writing this review

Avoid at all costs!!!
