Buy from a shop
Ordered a card with 6 days until I needed it. Hasn't arrived. Has no tracking. After purchase found exact same card cheaper elsewhere. Used online card services before and not had a problem. Still haven't recieved the card so I can't tell you of it's quality

Sorry to hear that you have not received your card. Unfortunately this is the first we have heard of this as you have not reached out to us directly to give us a chance to resolve the issue. For a £3.99 card we are unable to offer tracking (which costs around £3.99) so we are somewhat reliant on Royal Mail but we do also offer a tracked 24 hour service which costs as much as the card!
I will get this refunded now but for the sake of other small businesses, please reach out in the first instance to anyone that you buy from to give them a chance to resolve it as most of the time they are very happy to do (we would always do something about it!).
