Worse customer service ever never has replied to one email I have sent which is 5.. I still do not know where my order is. I feel like they just took my money and in return I get nothing.
Very upset as the order was a birthday gift and now I have nothing to give

STAY FAR FAR AWAY i bought a bird feeder firefighter helmet for $42 it took 3 weeks to get to me it was broken it was small it didn't look like anything that the picture looked like the Box did not protect it I emailed them several times they finally wrote back and said I had to send pictures which I did They had nerved tell me to keep the product and they'd refund me $5 OR I could pay $35 ship it back to them for a full refund This was the crappiest product I have ever bought in my life stay far far away from this company

Ordered on December 2nd for Christmas gift for my granddaughter and today is December 21st. I have tried several emails to get an idea of when I can expect the order and not one response. Very disappointed and I would not recommend doing business with this company. I would rate them a minus star review. I doubt that I will ever see my order.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH AND HAVE IGNORED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY EMAILS.

I ordered a Godzilla costume for my son for Halloween this year from this company because the delivery date was stated as falling between October 22-24. I kept track of the shipping status which was very vague and didn’t actually tell the location but rather the vendor that received it, date and time. It still hadn’t arrived by the 29th so I purchased another costume at twice the cost from Amazon with rushed shipping as it didn't qualify for prime delivery. By the time the costume did arrive it was too late to use for Halloween.

I did contact the company to cancel my order prior to arrival and got no response but once it did get delivered I re-contacted them and asked for a full refund plus the company to cover shipping costs. The company is based out of China. They came back with a counter offer very quickly in response, with a very workable and understanding tone, of keeping the costume due to high shipping costs and a $20 compensation, which I accepted. I do not plan to order anything from this company again but appreciated their response.

Ordered a kids Spider-Man bathing suit. First, it’s not even a bathing suit, it’s a cheaply made body suit and it non refundable and not exchangeable. Very poor quality. Definitely got ripped off and will never order again from this site! Be careful!

We received our first order of pack packs and realized that one of them was not what we had ordered. Per the order transaction, this was my error. After speaking with the company, they graciously mailed the correct one we needed asap, free of charge! My son is so happy and loves his replacement!

Very long time before shipping with very little communication. This could cause unnecesary cancellations. More communication is needed.

If I could give this business NO stars I would. Everyone who has written a great review are not real customers. I reached out multiple times (3) about my order ( a space jam book bag and lunchbox) Never heard anything back. I had to call my bad no and dispute the transaction. This company is a total ripoff and needs to be sued.

Update: still haven’t heard anything from mayoulove yet nor did we get the backpack . I have notice that some people are saying they have received good customer service from this company or have some sort of contact with the company. My question is if why aren’t you assisting other reach this company to resolve their issues? Like email or contact information. Unless it’s no truth to your comment. I’m just asking.

Amazing customer service and prompt response. I accidentally ordered the wrong set and I emailed right away. I received an answer almost immediately and they confirmed it would be no problem to fix the order. Amazing service and my daughter loves her backpack set!!!

I bought the roblox pink shirt with shorts. Got it for my daughters 6 year old party. Her theme was roblox. We loved it. Arrived on same day as party which was awesome. It was a little big but thats okay she will grow into it and will last her longer. The outfit is so cute. Good for summer. Definitely recommend.

Best online store I have ordered from. Got my sons birthday outfit and it was a size too small and Mayoulove was able to send me another package with the correct size and let us keep the first package. Both my orders got here within a reasonable time. Definitely appreciate the efforts made, thank you !

They are scammers I bought a jacket for my grandson and they sent a purple ugly dress and they have no contact number !!!! I will be disputing this charge you won’t get my money you freakin scammers

Chinese company. Terrible customer service. I bought from them and the day after I was refunded with no explanation as to why. I sent multiple daily messages and when they eventually did get in touch, they explained that the package had been lost in the post. How could it be lost when it hadn't even been dispatched and I'd literally just bought the item!? They then had the cheek to ask me to re order and they'd send me a new set! Complete and utter fraudsters. Please don't buy anything from them. They just want your money!!!!

My son received a Christmas gift from here that was too small. They replaced the gift with a bigger size at no charge and shipped it directly to him. He loves the outfit and we couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you for making a 10yr old boys day.
