Dear customer,

Thank you for your feedback on our press-on lashes. How sorry to hear that the lashes don't stay on well. We want you to have a nice experience with our product, so below we share some tips that may help you to better apply the lashes to your liking. After all, our Press-on Lashes should last the 5 to 7 days firmly.

First, make sure your own lashes are clean, dry and free of oil or makeup before applying the Press-on Lashes. Oil or makeup residue can reduce adhesion. If your own lashes are naturally straight, use an eyelash curler to curl them up slightly. This will make it easier to “press” the lashes under your lashes.

Next, apply the lashes one at a time under your own lashes. Do this side by side against the roots of your lashes. Make sure the entire surface of the adhesive layer on the lashes is pressed against the lash line for a firm hold.

It is very important after applying the lashes that you press all the lashes well with the tweezer so that the lashes are firmly attached. This way you will ensure that the bond between the lashes and your lashes is firm. It is advisable to dampen the tweezer so there is no chance of the lashes sticking to the tweezer when you press them on. You could also use your hands to press the lashes if this is easier for you.

You could possibly squeeze the lashes every day to make sure they stay attached properly. We also recommend doing this after showering. Indeed, hold may be reduced by everyday activities. If you press the lashes every day, this can improve the hold and make them stay on longer.

You can remove the lashes damage-free by holding a cotton swab with makeup remover or micellar water against the lash line for a few seconds. This will soften the glue so the lashes will come off. Then you can easily remove the lashes by gently pulling them off your lashes. Start by lifting the outer corner of the lash line and slowly pull it off as you move it toward the inner corner.

Hi Lien,

How annoying to hear! Possibly you are not applying the lashes the right way. After all, our lashes should stay firmly in place all day.

For example, could it be that you are not applying enough eyeliner? We recommend always shaking the magnetic eyeliner before use and then applying 2 layers. Furthermore, it is important that the line you draw on your eyelid is long enough to support all the magnets on the lash.

Another reason could be that the eyelash is too wide for your eye causing the ends to come off. If the lash is too wide and possibly protruding, it can be trimmed to eye width. Then make sure you cut the lash band so that the end is a magnet.

It is also advisable to make the lashes slightly more flexible. You may find that the lash band is slightly stiff, which causes it to come off every time. You do this by grasping both ends of the lash band and then moving them past each other in a C-shape. That way, the lash band becomes slightly more flexible and forms better on your eye.

If you have trouble applying eyeliner, we also offer a magnetic eyeliner pen. This eyeliner makes it even easier to apply eyeliner. I hope it goes better now!

First of all, how annoying to hear! You can find the ingredients in the magnetic eyeliner via the following link: https://mayson.nl/pages/ingredienten. It is possible that there are substances in here to which you are allergic. An allergic reaction is of course beyond our control. Furthermore, the magnetic eyeliner is easy to remove from your eyelids by using a make-up cloth in combination with an oil-based make-up remover or micellar water. Coconut oil and baby oil also work very well.

We vinden het erg jammer dat je ons nog een slechte review geeft terwijl je er al één hebt gegeven. Ons bedrijf wordt hierdoor geraakt terwijl we graag met je op zoek willen naar een passende oplossing.

Zo hebben we je op de mail al een uitgebreide uitleg gegeven over hoe je de wimpers wel op de juiste manier aanbrengt. We hebben namelijk het idee dat je de wimpers niet helemaal op de juiste manier aanbrengt waardoor ze niet goed blijven zitten.
