Purchased car with costly issues

Purchased Mazda 6 Estate in white with 60k miles. Lovely looking car and great Customer service experience from Ann. However, car was faulty and only by pure luck I was informed of all faults by my local garage when I took the car in for noisy gearbox check. We had to return the car to mazcare and got partial refund on mutual agreement. However, can see the car is back up for sale within 2 days since returning it and hope they addressed issues reported by my local garage. For transparency below is the list.
Blowing exhaust (fumes getting inside the car) leaking injectors, noisy gearbox (in 4th gear), juddering on gentle acceleration between 1500 and 2000 revs, dpf regens occurring every 20 miles (wrecking fuel economy and indicating egr, injectors or dpf are on their way out), oil levels significantly raising (hit "x" mark on dipstick within 900 miles of driving (diesel.mixing with oil).
If issues are clear the car should be great, but keep an eye on above as fixing those I was quoted thousands by local mazda garage.

very good customer service from Ann

very good customer service from Ann, great deal on tyres which i bought 2 and had fitted by a professional Technician. I have re booked my car in to have body work done ( repair on a dent ).
It had an M.O.T done there, Technician did a great job fitting new rear brake pads.
would recommend Mazcare.

Buying and part exchanging

Ann was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I can safely say it was the most pleasurable and easy car buying experience I've ever had with no pushy sales techniques communications via emails were quickly responded to I wasn't asked for a deposit which I thought was very nice as I don't like to have to put a deposit on a vehicle just to secure it, I was extremely impressed with how clean the vehicle was just before turning up to view the vehicle the guys who were doing the valeting were extremely good I've never seen such a clean and gleaming car inside outside and even under the bonnet I fell in love with the Mazda and the part exchange of my old car was hassle free very easy and offered a fair price for it I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Check other reviews Regarding this Anne…

Check other reviews Regarding this Anne lady also I will be contacting other unhappy with their workmanship. I confided in this company after my Mazda warranty was up to continue to maintain my car as the Claim to be Mazda specialists. They are definitely not Mazda specialists Be WARNED. They have broke my car and claim it was starved of oil due to turbo blown... I gave them benefit of the doubt as advised by the motor trade ombudsman and agreed to pay or a turbo. They call back2 days later now saying it needs a rebuild and they cannot fix it as they are only a small mechanic and it’s too big a job. I first bought a timing chain and vvt actuator £738 under 2 months later cam sensor eml came on. Came back in for the cam sensor they done it and said the oil was low and it needed re aligning which I paid for. They tested it, told me it’s ok. Soon as I got in started it I heard the vvt noise so I immediately went back in. They said no no it’s normal it was low on oil come back in 500 miles as the oil needs to just circulate back around the engine. I managed 15 miles before completely giving up. Wanted £180 to inspect the engine but said get a turbo £840. I said ok knowing it could probably do with one but know exactly what a blown turbo looks like. Then 2days later they said they’ll inspect for free then called back saying they looked and have seen metal in my sump and they can’t fix it where shall they leave the vehicle as they want shot of it now. The car is still in their and I’m obviously taking this all the way to as I’m not the only one Anne is trying on with. I will ad pics and keep updated

Do not buy from mazcare

Do not buy from mazcare . Car presented issues from day 1. Apparently it needs to driven in higher revs or it’s just working . Once an independent engineer reviewed the car . They agreed to carry out the repair ! But cut corners and lied about the work being carried out on different dates !! Anne has lied to us make remarks on my driving and will not play nice once you highlight any issues . Engine with cable ties in !! Avoid at all costs . This delaership does not like to play fair or nice . Poor customer service . Trading standards have been informed

CAR SERVICE WITH A STING

The company acts as a 'middle man' for car servicing.

Some of their car servicing is provided under a London based company.
The company who pay their wages and who between them charge an extortionate price for a poor car service. Complaints fall on deaf ears.
Avoid Mazcare - my recommendation. However it is your decision.
