My boss filed his LLC with Incfile.com, and included in the price was a free consultation from a tax consultant. The tax consultant called as scheduled, they identified themselves from Mazuma USA, they did not give any advice on taxes or any tips, this was a sales call and they wanted us to pay with a credit card right then, and if we did not pay we were going to miss out on a free month and a supposed $90 per month fee instead of $120. When we told them that first want to check out the company and did not want to make a decision at the time they were not pleased and said goodbye. At the beginning they did say that the call was being recorded for quality assurance therefore the sales call should be on file. My boss did not appreciate that incfile would give his information to pushy sales people of that kind and to be misled that this would be a business tax informative call when it turned out it was the complete opposite. Incfile should be aware of who they have associated themselves to with.

I've been a client of Mazuma for many years. As a small business owner, their services more than paid for itself. The tax planning and advice I received over the years was outstanding. One of the biggest expenses in life turns out to be taxes and with proper tax planning and advice, I saved thousands of dollars every year, based on the expert tax specialists there. Mazuma is one of the few no brainers in life.

Bad Actors. If you could, run away. They try to set you up with these kinds of companies after you register your brand new company. Don't fall for it. They aggressively tried to swindle me the very first phone conversation, and when i prodded further, and asked them more information, they had said that they would call back but never did. Instead they ran away like chickens to scam the next person.
