I am having issue contacting customer service and sounds impossible to get a contact back as I need to return the watch.
Sounds like customer service is a 3rd party company and they don't really help at all. Horrible customer service for a company that produces cool watches.

Purchased 2 LAX limited edition watches
I purchased 2 LAX limited edition watches and was very impressed with the workmanship, design, style, and build quality. I would give the watches a 5-star rating.
However, due to missing custom documents at shipping, U.S. customs held the package for over 10 days. This was a disappointing experience and dampened my excitement and anticipation of receiving the watches. I had to actively follow up with the seller to submit the required documentation to FedEx. For this, I would give the seller a 2-star rating.
Overall, I would give this purchase a 3-star rating.
