Solid experience with mBank so far. I’ve had an account here for a while and the app remains one of the easiest to navigate. I mainly use it for daily payments and tracking my spending, and it works without glitches. No hidden fees or 'surprise' costs in my experience, which is why I’m still a customer.
So back on 11Nov, I was at lidl and had some problem that caused me to be duplicate charged. They told us it would be fixed in 24 hours. Went back, the kid was wrong we had to tell mBank. I can't do it because I speak English and they have little to no EN customer service. So, my partner did. They sent an email that it would take about 30 days... before the 30 days was up I got an email that it would be the max 35 days. So here we are at the end of Dec... more than 35 days.. and apparently they don't have all the info from Lidl and don't want to do anything.
